We had a wonderful time at the condo for Spring Break! The overall property was nice and had an outdoor pool we utilized nearly every day of our stay. The building is steps from the beach and what a beautiful beach it is! It was never overly crowded and we enjoyed it very much. The condo was comfortable, clean and a perfect place for our family to call 'home' for a few days. We also enjoyed getting to know the surrounding area during our stay. We would gladly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a nice place to spend a few days in Cocoa Beach.Owner response: Thank you so much for your kind words and we're very happy that you enjoyed your stay during your family's Spring Break. I really enjoyed my stay at the apartment. The apartment was very clean well furnished. The apartment had all the living necessities that I have in my own home. There was nothing missing. I enjoyed having the pool and beach just steps away from the my door step. The owners were easy to deal with. I would stay here again and would recommend it for anyone looking to relax or just have a quite place to stay.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Using VRBO for every vacation....this unit is more than well equipped!! From the dishes to the beach towels, chairs, and beach toys for kids! VERY easy access to pool and beach!!!!! GREAT 5th floor view!!!! Only draw back no washer and dryer in unit.....but is available "coin" just down the hall. Thanks for fitting us in!!!!
