Our family has been to PCB many times and have stayed in many different condos. This condo was by far one of the best places we have stayed! The views from the balcony were just breathtaking! It was clean, well decorated, and in an excellent location! The condo has everything that you could want or need for your stay. It was extremely easy to work with John and set up our reservations. Our family had such an amazing and relaxing time. Our family has decided that this would be our "go to" condo from now on when we go to PCB!

If we could have a great time during a Tropical storm than anyone can. John was very helpful and detailed on all the ins and outs about your stay. My wife and 2 boys ages 7 and 9 enjoyed the beaches, big waves, and the oyster bars..The condo is very roomy and close to some great restaurants and shopping. Can wait to visit again on a clear sunny weekend. Overall a great place to vacation and enjoy some great family time.

Loved our first vacation in Panama City Beach

This was my family's first time to Panama City Beach and we had an excellent time. The condo was immaculate and the decor fit the setting perfectly. We had everything we needed. We enjoyed dining out every evening and Sharky's was our favorite place to eat. We also wish we'd spent more time at Shell Island after taking a Captain Anderson's boat trip. There was alot of seaweed in the water the week we were there, but we were told that wasn't normal. We enjoyed the beautiful white sand beaches and will definitely return one day.

We loved Splash. It was just as described. Perfect view and location on the beach! Very family friendly resort. John was very helpful in preparing us for our vactation and answering questions. He sent us a lot of information about the resort and the area. I would recommend this property to anyone and would certainly stay here again the next time we go to Panama City.

The condo we stayed in at Splash was wonderful! Every morning we sat out on the balcony to hear the sound of the ocean and read our daily devotional. The owner was great to work with. He always answered all of my questions I had and was honest about everything regarding the condo, etc. The condo was well equipped other than we couldn't get the can opener to work and we couldn't find a pizza pan. I would like to recommend Pineapple Willy's Restaurant, their food was excellent. We also drove a little ways--almost to Destin to eat at Fudpucker's. The kids loved seeing the live alligators there and getting their picture taken with one. We also really enjoyed Gulf World. The shows there were great. I would recommend this condo and Panama City Beach to anyone!

Just got back from a week in this condo, and the condo is absolutely beautiful with a great view!! The previous reviews and owner's description are accurate. One piece of advice pertaining to Splash itself-- I recommend arriving a few hours after check-in time and leaving a few hours prior to check-out, as we arrived on Saturday right at check-in and had to wait for a cart and for an elevator. With this condo, you can avoid actually having to check in, which is great, but it still took us almost an hour to get from the car to the condo, and with 2 young children that was NOT fun. We left a few hours before actual check-out time the following week and had much better luck. Overall a good experience, and the owner is very helpful and quick to respond with any questions you may have.

We Had a great time @ splash. The facilities were great and the kids really enjoyed the game. I was a little disappointed with the lazy river and the mini water partk. It was really geared more to the little ones, where we have teenage boys. That being said, it wouldn't keep us from returning to slpash. Our owner gave us great information about shopping, food, entertainment........a great help. We would get the book down and take off. All in all, a great vacation experience and would highly recommend it.

Our stay at the condo was amazing! The condo was clean and very well decorated! We really felt at home! Everything was there that we needed, and John was very friendly and helpful! All the information in the binder was usefull too! We loved going to pier park and the resturants too! Margariettaville was great, but go early to avoid a long wait! I really miss the beautiful view that I woke up to everyday as i sit here in the cold weather of Chicago!!!! One of the reasons we will definitely come back! I've already told John that we will be back! Thre is too much to list as far as all the things there is to do, espically with children. The three pools and the spray park are just the beginning! Not to mention the waterpark and the arcade with a bowling alley!!! The entire trip we never heard, " We are board!" Our kids were content and happy the entire time! That made it extra nice for us as parents! So, book quickly because the dates are going to fill up fast!

March Break at Splash

John, thank you for a great week at Splash! From the moment we walked over the skyway, we all had a wonderful time. We were so impressed Splash's facilities. The pools, lazy river, Splash pad, and the arcade were all a hit with the kids. The condo was beautiful and perfect for our family. The kids loved the bunk beds, and the watching the dolphins from the balcony every morning was one of our favorite things to do. I really appreciate all the special touches in the condo, like all the kitchen equipment, the laundry baskets, games, and cds. We all enjoyed the pools and especially the beach. Thanks too for all the information you sent us. We went a couple of the restaurants you suggested, and took a trip to St. Andrews park, which was amazing! We loved Shell Island. We even checked out Popcorn Kingdom at Pier Park(that was a big hit with the kids). It was a great week and a nice escape from Canadian winter. Our son said he loved Splash so much, he was going to build a lego model of it (that is high praise). The only bad thing was having to leave. We will be back!!

Had a wonderful time at Splash, NOBODY wanted to leave. The condo was extremely comfortable, with the finest furnishings and amazing view. Had to drag my 3 little ones, screaming, mind you) all the way to the car on Saturday morning. Loved the all inclusive extras (no need to spend extra cash). Was the most relaxing vacation we've had in years. Splash was more than we ever imagined. We've been vacationing in PCB off & on for the past 8 yrs & John was by far the most accommodating owner we've ever rented from. Loved the free Christian concert on the beach across from the Pier (hated we couldn't stay on Sunday for Michael W. Smith & Amy Grant), but Point of Grace was amazing!!!! Will definately recommend this property & owner to all my family & friends! Thanks John for trusting my family with your "home away from home"!!!! Hope to see you again next year! Cleveland, Ohio

Family Vacation August 1, 2010

We enjoyed our stay at Splash! The condo description was completely accurate. The views from the condo were outstanding. We started out each day on the balcony with a cup of coffee and ended each day on the balcony, in the evening with a candle on one of the balcony tables for light....perfect start and end to each day! Lots of Algae in the water the week we were there, but if you could get past it, the water was gorgeous! My brother-in-law grew up and still lives about 4 hours from there and has spent many summers at this beach and said he had never seen the agae to this extenct before. Did not bother us though, we just went in past the mess. Also, thouroughly enjoyed the pools and lazy river. We enjoyed eating at Bores Head. We did the "upside down house" , Wonder Works. Definately worth the money for young and old! (we ranged in age from 7-50 and all had fun!) The most fun of all was the pirate sunset cruise! The crew does an AWESOME JOB! The kids had a blast and the adults can RELAX the entire time, the "pirates" keep the kiddies busy the entire time! Snacks and beveraged (alcohol on non) available. As an added bonus during the pirate cruise, the captain spotted a dolphin and was able to get us an up close encounter....Awesome! I was able to get great pictures of this! Thanks for sharing your condo with our family!!!

The rooms are very clean and well maintained. There is a washer and dryer for your convienance. The furnishings are very decorative and even a glass table that has four footstools for comfy seating while talking or watching TV. There is also TV and cable in every room which the kids enjoyed very much. My favorite part of the condo is the table and chairs on the balcony so you can eat a meal together while overlooking the water on the beach. It was very relaxing event. There are many attractions and restaurants nearby. But you can also eat in because there is a full kitchen. There are lots of attractions to go to.I would recommend Shipwreck Island, St.Andrews Park and Gulf World. Emerald Falls (amusement park and Golden Gate (go carts). But it can also be fun to stay at Splash because there is so much to do. Splash is is connected to Alvin's Island (shopping), There is a waterpark for the children, a hot tub beside it so you can keep an eye on your child and relax at the same time, and a lazy river pool in the east wing. There is also a mini arcade and a mini bowling alley.When asking questions about the Condo, the owner was always very prompt to answer. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone.

Our family had a great time at John's condo. The location was perfect for looking out at the view of the ocean. It was also really nice to be towards the end of the building away from the hustle and bustle of the other vacationers. The pools and splash play areas were great for the kids. John's suggestions for activities and restaurants were wonderful. Our boys (ages 5 and 2) LOVED the Pirate Cruise. We were able to parasail from right off the beach at our condo. I loved how close we were to Pier Park. It was a great place to go for a variety of choices for dinner. The Back Porch and Margaritaville were our family's favorites. Will definetly be staying here for our next PCB vacation!

Just back from a five day stay. All reviews and pix absolutely accurate to our experience. Top notch accommodations. Great view. Location in the building—14th floor and far from elevators—was ideal. If your looking for excitement for your children and luxury for you the parents, you have found your destination. This condo has it all and you get a fantastic view for free. My children loved the bunk bed with trundle and the kitchen and living room allowed us plenty of space to spread out. Dealing with John was easy and well organized. We knew exactly what to expect when we arrived to the condo and were even able to plan some of our outtings due to his excellent recommendations that we recieved prior to arrival. This condo and facility is a wonderful place to take your children of all ages. We brough our 5 year old and 2 year old twins and was literally had to drag them inside each day. If you are looking for a great PC beach vacation, look no further!

We loved the condo! Very neat and clean and well-decorated! Could see the manorays from the balcony, which was really neat, although with small kids, my husband was a little skiddish about them being on a 14th floor balcony! The water in the pools and in the Splashpad area was really cold and it took a while for my two oldest, which are 4 and 3, to get used to it but they still had fun:) Overall, it was a great vacation and we will definitely pick this condo again if we get the chance to come back. The owner has been very accomodating and great to work with!

We had a great time at Splash!! Our kids (ages 3 and 7) loved it. WIth the beach, pools, lazy river, water park... we never got bored. The condo was well-equipped and perfect for our family of 4. We just returned home from the outstanding vacation at the condo (April 10-14, 2010). The views from the balcony are terrific and watching the dolphins was amazing. The personal touches in the condo make it so cozy and the ease of use is wonderful. We have stayed in others, but this condo exceeded them all. Our granddaughter loved the pools and hot tub. Your condo is definitely the place to be for fun, relaxation, or just sitting on the balcony soaking in the rays & listening to the ocean. You have all the comforts of home, just bring food. The condo is close to everything & the restaurants you recommended were wonderful. The workout room was well equipped, very clean, & always opened on time. I was impressed with the night security, making sure we all had the Splash parking permit, & just walking around to make sure all was well. The golf courses were great as were the prices: Hombre, Holiday, & The Good, Bad & Ugly. There is so much to do at PCB, it's your own fault if you're bored. Our family of five had a wonderful stay at Splash. We loved the location...away from the Spring Breakers! The condo was clean and homey and beautifully decorated. The 14th floor gave a great view of the beach and ocean and we loved watching the dolphins off the coast. We parasailed, ate at Pier Park, and went on the Pirate Cruise (which we highly recommend).

We had an incredible visit! Our boys (9, 12 and 14) had great fun at all of the pools and out in the sand and surf. We cooked in a lot, and were pleasantly surprised at both the quality and the completeness with everything we needed. We really enjoyed staying at Splash Resort in Panama City Beach Fl. We have 2 small children so we spent alot of time at the splash water park,and in the game room. We did enjoy the zoo and eating at Pineapple Willys. Reggie J'S was good too.The condo was really nice and had everything we needed. Our family of 5 (3 girls ages 16, 12, and 5)all had a wonderful time at Splash! Of course with 3 girls we went to Pier Park to shop several times and always found something for everyone. We loved Margaritaville and would suggest going midweek for lunch when there was no waiting. My 5 year old would rather stay in the Splash water park than anything else, but her Daddy and I really enjoyed the lazy river. There is so much to do in PCB we will have to go back again to finish. We had a wonderful vacation and many fond memories.

Thanks so much for a last minute deal! My family had so much fun and your condo is wonderfully furnished. My kids enjoyed sleeping all together in the second bedroom because of the trundle bed! I think this is the best condo we have stayed in and we have visited panama city beach for the past 17 years as a couple/family! Definately a must for families with children!

My wife loved the place and how close it was to the water - she said it was like being on a cruiseship. The staff were helpful and friendly as well. I liked the peace and quiet of the place - it's at the end of the strip (and the room is nearly at the end of the hallway, so foot traffic is limited). As a Parrothead, I personally enjoyed the selection of Jimmy Buffett music in the CD Player. The Musci's have a beautiful place and I would love to return. One important note - the pool area closes a little early (10pm). I don't know if it closes later in the summer. However, the ocean is steps away, so it's no huge deal.

What a pleasure it was to stay at your condo at Splash. John, you were so easy to deal with and very helpful. You seemed genuinely interested in making sure my family had a wonderful vacation. Your recommendations were top notch. Restaurants, sights, activities, everything! The condo is so nice and clean and organized. The kitchen was better equipped than my own at home. My favorite part of our stay was sleeping in the Master Bedroom with the door open at night. The temp was perfect and the background noise is infinately better than the fan we use at home. Before going to bed, the family would usually watch a little TV and then play cards at the dining room table, just like we do in the summer at home. I can't say enough good things about you and your place. Luckily for us, the things that you could not control were spectacular as well. The weather in April was great. Beaches were white and warm. The Gulf was not too cold and only took a minute to get used too. We didn't see any dolphins out in front of the resort, but we saw many at St. Andrews State Park and Shell Island. What a great area to take spring break. I thought Myrtle Beach was pretty fun last year, but this vacation blew that one out of the water. Thanks so much. It was worth every cent. The Watkins Family

John, We had a great time at your condo during Spring Break. We enjoyed every minute. The weather wasn't great but their was so much to do no one ever got bored. I especially loved the location we never had to deal with traffic which is awful just beyond pier park. I had a wide variety of ages and Pier Park offered plenty for everyone. Thank you for sharring your beautiful vacation home we had a great time!!!!

Stop looking Stop browsing for where to stay - this is by far the best condo in the best building on Panama City Beach. Excellent decor and furnishings. Stunning views. The condo was wonderful, we didn't see any dolphins during our stay - which disappointed my oldest grandson but he still had a blast. It was comfortable and the boys loved the great big tub. We will definitely stay again sometime in the future.

What a pleasant experience! Being a "young" retired couple, my husband and I were looking for a winter vacation someplace other than the typical retirement community with 1500 things to do. Panama City Beach offers sightseeing, day trips or just hanging out at the beach. The condo was amazing! VERY clean and provided everything needed to feel at home. The view from the 14th floor is breathtaking! We would definitely recommend Splash for families, grandchildren or just anyone looking to have a fun and/or a relaxing vacation. John, it has been a pleasure working with you making our getaway happen.

Excellent Stay This was a great getaway for my wife and kids. I honestly have to say I haven't slept that good since I was a kid... This was a great way to spend the New Year with family from four different states. The 1402W condo that my family stayed in was wonderful. I spent almost every summer from 1979-1992 in PCB, and much has changed and it is good to see that this condo has as well. The view of the Gulf is remarkable, the inside is well kept and the place offered plenty of space and room to move around. My son loved the pull-out couch to a bed and said that was comfortable, too. John also does a great job with many books and much literature inside the condo about the condo itself and the PCB area. The pool area was great for kids and adults and the weather dictated which were open and closed, but there were many options no matter what the weather. Only one complaint would be there was no land line phone. This was a problem for us because cell reception was not great and we lost some luggage, so trying to stay in contact with Delta airlines was tough. However, if that would not have happened, the phone would not have been an issue. I highly suggest a stay at Splash in 1402 W.

We had a blast. The condo was perfect and the weather was excellent. John is a joy to work with. Our kids cried having to come home. We will do our best to stay here next year. Thank you for letting us use your place.

We had a wonderful stay at Splash! Our kids loved the activity room and the pools! It was a very relaxing and quiet place for a family vacation.The Condo was very well equipped and cozy! We will stay there again if we are in Panama City again!

John,Our stay at your condo was wonderful. It was very nice and so clean. My kids had a blast at the waterpark underneath the condo. Our stay was great. Your condo was very nicely decorated. Both of our children ages 12 & 8 loved their room with bunk beds. My youngest slept on the bottom and liked having the night light above. We did not have too much trouble with the elevators. It seems to be bad only on Saturdays & Sundays. Going through you made it so easy for check-in. We went straight to our room, no problem.
