Welcome to our home on Cape Cod.We have reduced our rental price this year due to the current economic situation. We still want people to come to our home here on the Cape and enjoy the beaches, restaurants, and attractions that are available to everyone.
Our house is equipped with furnishings less than 4 years old and has all the amenities needed to provide you and your family with a relaxing and interesting time on Cape Cod. Two of the bedrooms contain queen sized beds while the third one has twin beds. The kitchen is brand new with all the comforts of home that will enable you to have an enjoyable time while vacationing here on Cape Cod.
The deck is a wrap around style that is ideal for sitting on a summer night and enjoying a grilled dinner while under the stars. There is plenty of lighting for those late nights of conversation and snacks. Our deck is designed with a railing all the way around with two gates on either end for added security for your children.
Sea Gull Beach is less than a mile away and is one of the nicest beaches in the area for swimming and shelling. It is ideal for families with younger children as it is a very open area with plenty of life guards.
The location of the house is on a street in which there is no thru traffic to busy main roads. It is ideal for biking and walking with small children. Restaurants, entertainment, golf, fishing, biking, and so much more are very close by. We look forward to hearing from you.
