  Our group have rented this beach house for a week every summer for the past eight years. Best house on the ocean. The patio is spacious and the views are stunning. This house has everything you would ever need - full kitchen, extra towels, linens and pillows. They have bikes, chairs, towels, beach toys, etc. Stores and restaurants are within walking distance. The owner has always been available any time to answer questions or if information is needed. We will keep coming back........!!!!!!

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  House was at a great location right on the beach. Be aware of issues that were not resulted by renters but later blamed for. The house manual needs to be more truthful to what it says. My group had a hard time finding the bikes that were given for use of the renters. When your on vacation you don't want to be e mailing the owners looking for things and notifying them if anything is wrong with the house. My security deposit was 100$ short, also security deposit took almost 2 months to get back. BE AWARE!

  The house is in the best location ever! Wonderful deck for having coffee in the morning or cocktails in the afternoon. Sunset is to die for every night! I couldn't get my party to venture any further than the walking restaurants only two blocks away on the strand....World Famous is just north two blocks and has a great happy hour. The photos don't do this place justice. It is comfortable, clean and updated. The owner is very helpful and responsive with area questions as well as concerns. I have stayed here three times and my friends refuse to stay anywhere else. We rented a car the first time and never used it once! The grocery store is a nice, easy walk down the boardwalk and two blocks in. I would highly recommend this place. I dream of soaking in the master tub looking out over the ocean every night and can't wait to return...

  Had a wonderful time and the place was perfect. We enjoyed every minute of it, walking down the boardwalk and the beach. We could sit outside and enjoy our coffee with the ocean view. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Definitely can’t wait till we can go back again.

  Waking up to the sound of the Pacific ocean, walking to favorite restaurant's, watching the sunset in or outside on the patio. Absolutely amazing vacation, just wish we could do it more often.

  First off, the house is literally on the beach. The view from the kitchen shows you the sunset on the ocean every night, and there's hardly a bad view from any window. The house is very bright, airy and modern (stayed in some rentals that haven't been redecorated since the 70's- Ugh) and has nearly everything you could need provided, including WiFi throughout the house and a desktop computer. Pretty much anything you want is a walk away- restaurants, gift shops, convenience stores and night spots. House was large, very clean, and seems well taken care of. Would definitely book again and recommend to friends, had a great time!

  I had the greatest time while staying at this house on my vacation. The house is beautiful, very clean, and has everything you need already there. The location of the house is perfect, the sand is only a few steps away, and lots of things to do within walking distance. I definitely can’t wait to go back to the house and stay again!

  We stayed in the house right before Xmas. Great location. Easy to get to many places. House is pretty big. However, the bathrooms were very dirty, toilets were worse quality than motels. Living room is not clean with poor quality and dirty sofabed Owner does not return the deposit on time. In additon, the deposit returned is $100 short from the contract. Owner was responsive in answering questions during booking process, but not responsive in deposit returning process. Will not recommend this house as it is now.

  Owner response: We want all tenants to have an excellent time at Neptunes Palace. The property is regularly inspected, updated, and preventative maintenance is preformed. Furnishings and supplies are regularly replenished. We have no problem replacing any cleaning or maintenance staff that does not provide top notch service. Therefore, our long standing policy has been to immediately address and correct all complaints from any tenants during a rental. Tenants have 24 hours telephone access to management. At the time of reservation all renters are made aware of the importance of timely check in and check out, so that adequate time is allowed for proper cleaning, and thus preventing inconvenience to the next tenants. Because this matter is so important the penalty for late check out is clearly addressed in the written contract, the lease. We can only fix problems that we know about. This tenant never attempted to contact us with her complaints which could have been immediately corrected for her. This tenant also clearly knew the phone number, and that 24 hour phone telephone access was available, as she made numerous calls for special request prior to her rental period. It is noted that her unusual request were honored despite the inconvenience to multiple parties. As soon as the complaint was received regarding tardy deposit return, the matter was investigated. This tenants check was mailed a mere 5 days late after the agreed upon date. Therefore, corrective actions have been taken to prevent this from happening to any future tenants. We do want all of our tenants to always have the best experience at the house. If any tenants do have any problems at the house while renting it, we are always available day and night for them to contact us so we can correct the problem.

  The house was suppose to be pet free,but had a strong pet odor upstairs. Some of the outlets were not working. We liked the size and location. It worked well for our family.

  Owner response: We want all of our tenants to have a great vacation. At no time were we told about these tenants concerns. The lease is clear no tenants have ever been permitted to bring pets to the property. Therefore, we are now researching the matter, and taking corrective action. However, if any tenants have any problems with the property while renting it, please contact us immediately so that we have the opportunity to correct the problem and make sure your vacation is great.
