This townhome is located in Delavan and is a hop skip and a jump away from Lake Lawn Resort Properties. This townhome is very clean, fully and beautifully furnished and on the water. The complex has a private pool, workout room, and clubhouse.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and is attached to a large bathroom with a walk in closet. The large living room with gas fireplace is open to the kitchen and dining area with an eating bar. The living room has two sleeper sofas: queen size and twin. Sliding glass doors lead out to the beautiful waterfront deck. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

There are a number of restaurants and lounges in the area with live entertainment. Shopping galore in nearby Lake Geneva and downtown Delavan. Many of the world class amenities that you would expect at an upcoming four star resort ... such as a spa, fishing and great golf. Boat rentals are available in the area.

Delavan is a nice vacation spot due to the great location and the many amenities that it has to offer. Some of these include: waterfront activities such as boating, fishing, water skiing, jet skiing and many golf courses, shopping, hiking, restaurants, and continuous summer festivals in and around the area.

The Fireside Dinner Theatre is located in nearby Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin, for live entertainment. It has been named one of the country's finest attractions by the American Business Association. The Fireside Theatre is within a 30 minute drive from this property.
