Leave the world behind for a few days at Fishstix {on the Southside-beachside- of 30A!!!!!}, an elegant "yet very livable" beach home in the planned community of Rosemary Beach. If you do not wish to leave the world totally behind, we have upgraded both Fishstix and The Grouper Getaway {its' carriage house} with wired and wireless broadband, high-speed internet access !!!!!
You'll love the open living area that encompasses the entire first floor of the house, space to spread out, and to be together. A 14 foot ceiling of cypress overlooks the airy main level great room, which is anchored by a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen. Four sets of tall French doors all open onto the loggia and patio, contributing to the spacious feeling of the entire house. With four bedrooms upstairs {as well as a daybead/trundle bed that sleeps 2 in the upstairs hall for additional sleeping}, including two master suites with queen size beds, it is a place for two families with children, or a group of friends who want to spend some time together.There are also two middle bedrooms upstairs in between the master suites- one with a full size bed, the other with bunk beds- that share a central hall bath. Each bedroom has French doors which open onto the huge balcony. Custom details throughout the house will delight you.
Rosemary Beach is designed by the same town planners who created Seaside 20 years ago is set high upon the dunes overlooking the pristine white sands and crystal waters of the Gulf of Mexico. It is a close-knit community, accessible to pedestrians.The location of our two homes- Fishstix and The Grouper Getaway- are ideal as you can walk anywhere in Rosemary - the Town Center with its restaurants and a sweet shop, the neighborhood pools, the tennis courts, the Solace Day Spa, the fitness center, or the beach - in five minutes or less. Two of the four pools, the world-famous Coquina pool {heated when needed} and the Sky Pool {heated and fully enclosed with climate control} are a short one or two minute stroll. The soft colors of nature, wandering boardwalks, expansive green common areas and native wildflowers, including blooming rosemary, all combine to make Rosemary Beach a very unique destination.
Rosemary Beach also has a bank {Amsouth} with teller machines; a spa {Solace Day Spa} that offers a wide variety of relaxing spa treatments, including massage therapy, luxurious facials, nails services, and refreshing body treatments, all in a unique tropical setting with trained professionals; and a state of the art, brand new, fitness center- the Rosemary Beach Fitness Center {a nominal fee for guests-$15/day, $70/week} with top of the line resistance and cardiovascular training equipment with degreed and certified personal training and instruction. Other classes and programs include yoga, taichi, pilates, water aerobics, cardio circuit, group fitness events, one on one training, wellness, nutrition, and more.

My son & his beautiful wife, Paul & Jane Massey were married on the Western Green on Satrday. They were engaged here at Rosmary Beach where Jane & her family vacationed for years.
