This luxurious custom home was completed and furnished in June of 2007. It has bright southern exposure and panoramic northern and western views of the Tetons and the Snake River Range. Centrally located between Jackson and Wilson, the home is four miles from the Jackson Town Square, two miles from the Snake River and ten miles from Teton Village.
The house is situated on a side hill. The main level features a heated two car garage, spacious mud room for all your gear and a gourmet kitchen open to the dining and living rooms. The living room includes a wood fireplace, a flat screen TV and panoramic views. A deck wraps the west and south sides of the main level with stairs leading down to the back yard.
On the lower level, you will find a guest master suite with a private deck, a family/play room that leads to the hot tub patio, a home theater room, a wine room, and a laundry room. The upper level contains the master suite plus two additional bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Couches in both the family/play room and home theater are comfortable queen-size fold-outs.
The property has a detached guest house that may be occupied by others during your rental period. The guest house is an additional two bedrooms, one bathroom and kitchen. Please inquire for availability if you would like to rent this unit in addition to the main house.
