Private walkway to three and a half mile quiet, uncrowded beach for shelling, surf-fishing, crabbing, swimming, biking, or just enjoying the day and evening. Panoramic views of St. Helena Sound as it blends into the Atlantic Ocean. Watch the dolphins play within just a few feet of the shoreline from both the first and second floor rear decks. This Gated community affords its visitors the ability to enjoy the sunny beaches on one side of the Island and observe the natural beauty of the Low Country marshes on the other. Wonderful wildlife making their homes on Harbor Island include deer, osprey, egrets, and a wide variety of birds. Golf is just a few minutes away from Harbor Island. PGA Champion Davis Love III's signature Ocean Creek course is 10 minutes away as is Ocean Point, a George Cobb designed course which offers challenging golf and fabulous ocean views. Our home is approximately 3000 square feet. It features heartpine floors, top of the line (stainless) appliances in the gourmet kitchen, a wet bar with wine cooler, a complete home theater system with 43" TV, and an enclosed outside shower convenient to the beach. The Master bedroom is upstairs and has a King size bed, a jetted jacuzzi, and a private balcony that faces the ocean. The other bedroom upstairs has a queen size bed and a full bathroom right down the hall. There are two bedrooms downstairs: one with a queen size bed and a full bath and the other with two twin beds. Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking. We have made every effort to provide our guests with the feeling that they are in "their own home away from home" when visiting.

WINTER Dec. 1st thru March 1st,2008 @ $2600/wk, $3700/month
SPRING rental March 4 thru May 17, 2008 @ $2950/week
SUMMER rental May 17 thru Sept 06, 2008 @ $3500/week
Weekly rentals are from Sat-Sat. Contact us if interested in other days.
Prices include departure cleaning & 2 car passes(Addl. passes $30 ea/wk).
50% deposit to reserve. Check-in @ 4PM Saturday. Check-out @ 11AM Saturday.
Balance + state accommodations tax(10%)due 30 days prior to arrival.
