Our cozy condo, Sol Mate, is located at 10343 E CO HWY 30A, Seacrest Beach, FL, 32413. Sol Mate opens with a small kitchen, a dining table for 4 and the TV lounge area with a sofa sleeper. The Queen Master bedroom has a shower/ tub combo bathroom that is shared with the main living area. Off the living area is the balcony with seating for 2 which overlooks the 1800 sq. ft. Village of South Walton private pool.
This three-story condominium community features Old World style architecture, with cobblestone lanes, slate roofs, gas lanterns, with wonderful shops and restaurants just around the corner including the 30-A hotspot La Cocina, and the new treat store Sweet Jeni's. The Village is located at the entrance to Seacrest Beach where you are a ten minute drive from Seaside and a short walk to Rosemary Beach. Sol Mate also has access to the incredible 12,000 sq. ft. Lagoon Pool at Seacrest Beach and the Free Summer Tram Service. This is the perfect romantic getaway for the urban couple wanting to reconnect, drink some wine, and enjoy the beach!
Beach Rentals of Florida provides all concierge services through LiveWell Bikes and Concierge for our guests. This includes bike rentals, golf cart rentals, airport transportation, grocery shopping, beach fire setups, fishing charters (Gulf or Bay), kayak rentals, baby sitters, restaurant reservations and recommendations, mid stay cleaning if needed, spa services, etc. The list goes on and on. My wife and I were very happy with the condo. I especially liked the pool and the temperature of the water. I did spend a lot of time in the pool. The condo was very nice. We have no complaints at all. Hopefully we can make this an annual trip!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+.

My husband and I chose this cute little condo for a long weekend. It was the perfect size for the two of us, has the pool right outside our window great for enjoying the veiw off the balcony and conveience of the water. We did go to the beach a few times on the free tram service it was great didn't have to lug my heavy beach chair all the the way! Rosmary was literally 10 steps away for some boutique shopping and dinner when we didn't want to drive. We would definately stay there again. Thanks for everything!
