My family and I stayed at Falling Timbers in winter 2011 and had a great experience. The house is VERY affordable compared to other places close to Seven Springs Resort. It's a 30 min. drive to Seven Springs. The house is nice - 3 bedrooms - with a nice open space living room area. The hottub was an awesome perk. There was also no "cleaning fees" - which is almost a standard extra cost for rentals in that area - this increased the value of the rental. The only downfall is that it has only 1 bathroom - which was not a big problem for us - but it's good to note that. Otherwise the place is an excellent value and we recommend it!!

OUR FAMILY WAS PLEASED WITH THE HOME AND SURROUNDINGS. IT WAS VERY RELAXING. THE HOME HAS BEEN REMODELED. I WAS ALSO GLAD TO SEE THAT THE DISHES, POTS AND PANS WERE ALL NEWER AND WELL STOCKED. THE OWNER WAS VERY RESPONSIVE TO ANY QUESTIONS WE HAD. WE WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS HOME TO OTHERS. WE LOOK FORWARD TO STAYING IN THIS OR ANOTHER OF MR. REED'S RENTAL PROPERTIES. WE ALSO FEEL THE RENTAL FEE WAS REASONABLE FOR THIS HOME.

Had a great time with our family to celebrate our 40th anniversary. It was a treat to be back in Southwestern Pa where we raised our boys and to visit the area again. The cabin was a best place for this to happen. The guys hunt and do not perfer the beach so the area fit all of us. Only wish the weather had been better. Our campfires were a wonderful way to relax and end the days. We had quiet nights and visited area attractions like Idlewild Park and enjoyed eating at Oakhurst. Looking forward to returning at some future time. Our visitors also enjoyed the peaceful surroundings.

Good morning Russ. I just wanted to drop you a line to thank you very much for opening your home to myself and my friends this past weekend. It was a great place and very welcoming! The weekend was spent kicked back at the fire pit and on the fairways up at 7 Springs--relaxing and fun. The weather cooperated which was a bonus. I hope you found your place cleaned to your satisfaction. I left you a voice mail regarding towels. I would have gladly brought them down to save you a trip. Although, I was not sure if I should have stripped the beds since contract just said to make them. We met your friendly neighbors from Mt. Pleasant; they joined us Friday night for a few beers and we made a mountain pie for the two grandsons. Again, thank you and I hope I can rent your home in the future.
