Cedar style house on 100 feet of sandy beach on Lake Charlevoix. This is an ideal location for two families. This 4500 square foot home consist of five bedrooms and four bathrooms. This home is just minutes from downtown Charlevoix.
The first floor has two bedrooms. One room has a queen bed and the other has two sets of bunk beds. These rooms share a full bathroom. The first floor also has a laundry room and rec room with fireplace, TV, stereo, pool table and wet bar. There is an adjacent sunroom and screened porch. The first floor also has a covered front porch and open back deck with chaise lounges.
The second floor has two bedrooms, both with 2 sets of twin beds, and two full bathrooms. The kitchen, dining area, family room with fireplace, stereo and TV are also on the second floor. There is also a large bonus room above the garage with a big screen TV. There is an open deck off the family room and a covered deck off the bonus room.
The third floor is the master suite. This suite has a king bed, fireplace, jetted tub, large walk in closet and covered deck.
There is a boardwalk to the sandy beach where you'll find a fire pit and deck. The Boardwalk accommodates a golf cart which is included with the rental.
