  Even my kids were awestruck by the views. We are a family of five and stayed very comfortably. There was plenty of room to stretch out and before long, we each found our own little nook. The walk in to town took just minutes. The owner was easily reachable and the property was very clean and well maintained. Worth every penny. Will stay again!

  My husband and I with another couple spent a wonderful week at this lovely home during the 2012 US Open. We enjoyed the view from the deck everyday! The home was well equipped from the kitchen to the pillows on our bed. We prepared our evening meals several times & it was great! The short walk to Tiburon was fun through the small path. We enjoyed taking the ferry to San Francisco a few times. The guys used it everyday for their trip to the US Open. It worked out wonderful. Kathy was so easy to work with. I hope we will be able to go back for a second trip.

  This property is perfect for a getaway vacation. My girlfriends and I enjoyed every minute of our home away from home. The property is well appointed with simple luxuries. Very comfortable and clean. Amazing views of the city and the bay. Short distance to town. Great owner who is very professional to work with....can't wait to go back. Next time, I'm taking my husband for a little rest and relaxation. Thanks Kathy for a great time in your beautiful home.

  Number 1 highlight is the view, from the deck and several rooms of the house. Other points of note: (i) it is a quick walk to town through "secret" garden pathways, which our kids enjoyed immensely, (ii) the king-sized bed and pillows were extremely comfortable (so much so that we bought the same brand of pillows after our stay). Kathy was very helpful in providing information about area activities and dining before our stay and followed up during stay to make sure all was well. One of her suggestions, New Morning Cafe, became a favorite breakfast spot during our stay. Waypoint Pizza in town is also a good casual (if pricey) pizza spot with a wonderful nautical-theme decor. Drove into SF on almost daily basis. Short drive to Napa.

  I just wanted to write a review about how much we enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. First off, my now fiancé proposed overlooking the beautiful San Francisco bay from the upstairs balcony...the views were amazing and it made for a picture perfect setting! Kathy was so wonderful in making sure that everything was in order at the property and even checked in with my fiancé because she new of his plan to propose there. The rest of the trip was fantastic. The views are unbelievable, and it is so nice to be able to walk to downtown tiburon for a meal or shopping. Also, the kitchen was very well equipped and spacious and the master bed was quite comfortable. We really enjoyed our time in tiburon and Kathy also provides really in depth reviews of the restaruants/shops/wineries in the area which we found to be quite thoughtful. It is very apparent that she wants her guests to have a great time while visiting. I would certainly recommend staying here and would love to return in the future.

  My wife and I usually stay on Main St at Waters Edge but this time we craved a little more space and few more home comforts. We were concerned about being out of town but need not have worried as Main Street is less than 5 minutes away and Kathy's home is simply delightful with the most awesome views over the bay, day and night. Well furnished and equipped we could ask for nothing. Sunny afternoons saw us sipping wine on the deck, The one rainy afternoon saw us hunkered down warm and cozy looking out as the grey day gave way to sunshine once more. Thank you Kathy, we hope to come back soon!

  The view from this cozy home is one we will never forget! We spent hours on the deck watching sailboats and giant ships exiting the bay and disappearing into a cloud of fog under the Golden Gate. We loved watching the afternoon fog pouring over the hills into Sausalito. The fog horn sounds and the moon and stars shining on the bay at night were equally captivating as we walked the quiet residential hills of the neighborhood at night as well as during the day. We had everything we needed for 4 adults in this home and the owner was more than accommodating for all of our needs!

  We just spent 3 nights on this property & had a wonderful time. The home is beautiful and very clean. The property is very well maintained & the views are amazing. We spent a lot of time on both upper decks overlooking the SF Bay, the Golden Gate Bridge, Angel Island & the numerous sailboats & ferries coming & going. It was a quick little walk to downtown Tiburon where we found some good places to eat & a market where we bought some food & wine to take back to the house where we could just sit & relax. The landlord was very attentive before, during & after our stay & sent lots of great information on access, restaurants, attractions in the area, etc. We will definitely go back next time we are in the area!

  Exactly as advertised - georgious home, fully equiped, very comfortable... lots of fun and easy access to Tiburon. The landlord is also very efficient and accomidating.

  The place is perfect for a weekend getaway. The house is very nice and conveniently located. We were able to walk to town in less than 5 minutes, which made it nice for eating out and hopping on the ferry to Angel Island and San Francisco. We spent a lot of time just sitting on the deck in the Adirondack chairs and enjoying the fantastic view of the marina, San Francisco, and the Golden Gate bridge. We will definitely be coming back next year!
