Family-Moon 2011

My wife and I got married on July 1, 2011 and we decided to take a family-moon as opposed to a traditional honeymoon. My wife and I and my wonderful and energetic step-kids boarded a plane and headed to Disney for a week. We were thrilled with the house and the very detailed overview provided by Martin. The pool was fantastic and rooms in great shape and very clean. I was so pleased to find out how close it was to all of the parks. I know we will be back to Orlando and I know where we will stay! So many great family memories were created at this house. One of my personal favorites was the light saber battle I had with with my step-son in the kitchen.

This was a family holiday for myself,wife and kids (4 + 5) .The house was excellent ,very clean and well kitted out with all you would need in a home away from home. Lake Berkley itself is ideally located with quick access to everything, This was our second time staying at Lake Berkley which speaks for itself. Facilities are great with two playgrounds for kids, basketball and tennis ,two lakes with great walking/jogging facilities. I'd recommend this home and area for all ages,there was a wide variety of age's and family profiles here. I look forward to our next visit here.

Loved this place

We loved the place. The heated pool was soooooo worth it since the kids would rather swim then do Disney. We plan to go back next year. Since everyone has different opinions I just want you to know that the place was nice and perfect for us but it has a few glitches. The washing machine likes to get stuck in the spin cycle and the microwave will randomly go off if you run it for more than 5 minutes at a time (trying to do lasagna)

Hi Martin, I just wanted to let you know that we had a great time at your house in Lake Berkley. Your house was great. We all had a relaxing time. The view is wonderful and we saw a lot of birds, ducks and even a very large turtle. Your house was very comfortable and nicely laid out. The pool and spa were such a relief after a long day of shopping - the pool was a very welcomed cool off. It was nice because there was enough loungers and chairs for all of us to relax at the same time. Thanks again and we hope to return next year. Susie Moffat

Hi Martin. On behalf of both families, thank you for renting out your property to us. On arriving we were totally blown away with your premises. The location was perfect for our holiday, far enough away from the crowds, but near enough to get to the attractions. the WalMart was also in a great location for the food and beer. The kids loved the pool, which kept them occupied and the loungers were perfect for the women who could top up their tans........ whilst the men spent the days washing, ironing and shopping!!! Both families thoroughly enjoyed the time in Florida, but it's true to say that stopping at your villa made the holiday that little more special. Congratulations and thank you. Hi Martin!! We just arrived back home from our vacation from your beautiful villa in Florida. Your home is more than what we expected. This is our first time booking a villa but we are so glad we did (from now on, it's bye bye hotel and motel). The kids had a blast in the bunk beds, pool, lake, etc, etc, etc. Overall, we had a fantastic vacation. All the amenities, attractions, etc are in a very close proximity from your home made our trips easier. I would gladly recommend your villa to everyone I know that wants to go to Florida for vacation. we will definitley will be booking with you again. Our vacation was a blast!! Thank you so muchly.
