  We had an awesome family reunion weekend at this amazing house. The owners thought of every last detail in making our stay perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with all the things we needed to prepare special meals.... every type of utencil and pan..even a garlic press! How many times have you rented a place and woke up with a sore back? All of us (11 people) woke up quite well rested despite being out of our own beds. In fact that was a topic of convo over AM coffee....man what great mattresses! The large living area/dining area was perfect for a family gathering. The LR furniture was so comfortable I wished I had that in my own house. Great long table for eating...so we all fit. Deck was great too..plenty of chairs to enjoy the sun. The younger kids loved the huge MBR Jacuzzi tub for bathing. Those who didnt want sun enjoyed sitting on upholstered outdoor furniture under a retractbale awning. Everyone was happy. We loved the out door hot tub and even went in the pool . We couldnt ask for a better October Saturday....70degrees not a cloud in sky . We enjoyed playing tennis on our own private CLAY tennis court!! We also took a short ride to Dune Road and enjoyed some time on the beach there. Great times...we all left saying we cant wait to come back. I would def. rent this house again. .

  We rented the house for two weeks in August. Westhampton is a great spot and very easy to get to from NYC. It is an ideal place to base yourself for a week or two and drive to Sag Harbor, Montauk and Southampton if you so desire. The house is very well situated (we biked into town) in a private spot close to (but not too close) to Montauk Highway. The house is in great shape, tastefully decorated, airy and well equipped. The bedrooms are clean and private. The wonderful pool (Note: there is no small child-proof fence enclosure) and hot tub got used a lot and we played a lot of tennis on the clay court. We used the grill, the hammock and the basketball hoop as well. The owner is friendly, knowledgeable and extremely professional. We would be happy to rent it again in the future. We would recommend this house without reservation.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

  Stayed at this property for a weekend in May. There were 5 couples and each of us had a beutiful bedroom. Kitchen opens up to living area so everyone is always part of the group. Property was clean and well maintained. Decorated beutifully, very comfortalbe home. Linens and towels provided are high quality. Outdoors has everything you could want. Great seating area with awning, pool, hot-tub with outdoor shower, tennis court, grill. Town of Westhampton a few minutes drive, was absolutely adorable with great shops and resaturants. Owner very helpful during entire process, would highly recommend this property.

  My family has been renting from this owner for the past 4 years. We return each summer because the house is impeccable and the owner is great! This home has given us years of great memories and our kids talk about it all year long. I wish there was a higher rating than "excellent and 5 stars" this owner offers a great home.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

  I stayed in this house for a week last summer, and it could not have been more comfortable. Everything one could need in a vacation home is there. The pool, hot tub, and tennis court are great, and the house is immaculate. Good choice!
