  When you walk through the door of this lovely condo, all you see is the ocean through the sliding glass doors. That's exactly what we were looking for! The balcony is big and you can see the beach for miles in each direction. Being so close to the water, the sound of the waves crashing, and the gentle ocean breeze made for a very relaxing vacation. The unit was clean and comfortable. We had good communication with the owner when a question arose. The location is perfect: within walking distance to a fun beachfront establishment and just a short drive to Flagler Ave. where we enjoyed shopping and dining. My only complaint was that we couldn't stay longer!!!! We'll definitely be back!

  My husband and I were fortunate to be able to stay a second time at this condo........we love it! What's not to love? The beach is within a few yards of the balcony and the sound of the surf 24/7 is heavenly! Once again, we found the condo to be very clean and ready for our arrival! The views of the beach are outstanding, and the building, as a whole, is very welll maintained and clean! We are beginning to feel like this is our "beach home for a week" and hope we can schedule a stay next year. The owner is extremely pleasant to work with and really cares that you have a relaxing and comfortable time in her home. The linen closet is welll stocked and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare and serve meals. We were tickled to find several beach chairs and two beach umbrellas this time which allowed us to set up on the beach for hours without having to worry about getting too much sun exposure! The no-drive beach also provides miles of walking at all times of the day and early evening.............good exercise and a wonderful way to relax. My only hesitation in raving about this condo too much is attracing too many others and making it too difficult to schedule a week next year!! We feel blessed to have found this little piece of Heaven and are thankful that the owner is so willing to share it with others.

  My husband and I have stayed at this condo for the second year in a row! We love this condo!. The views of the ocean are spectacular! Every morning we would eat breakfast on the balcony. The kitchen has everything you need and there are beach chairs and umbrellas and toys for kids to enjoy. This condo is very clean and well taken care of. There are alot of very good restaurants nearby. Super walmart is only 10 min away!!! Penny, the owner is very accomidating and very easy to get a hold of. We cant wait to come again next year!!! Thanks for sharing your condo with us!

  Our family of 4 had a great time in this condo. What can I say but, location, location, location. 3rd floor beach front balcony is as good as it gets. High enough for a great view, but low enough to still see the dolphins cruising, and the pelicans doing their kamakazi dives. You can also take the stairs when the elevators are busy. We have been staying in different condos in New Smyrna for over 12 years, and this was the best overall yet. The kitchen was well equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances. Plenty of room for all your "stuff" in the closets, dressers, and bathroom counters. Also loner beach chairs, umbrellas, body boards, and sand digging equipment were in the condo. Moontides walls are fairly soundproof, and we did not hear any noises at night to keep us awake. This complex is very well maintained, clean, and good security features. The beach frontage still has plenty of room when high tide hits, and being a no drive section of beach makes it much less busy. New Smyrna has much to offer as far as good restaurants at reasonable prices. The NEW Super Walmart was a time and money saver. All these aspects allow you to pack lighter if you are interested in this condo. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a beach vacation. My only goal not fulfilled during out stay was seeing a sea turtle on the beach. Maybe next time........

From what I am told they come to the sand once a year and all balcony lights on the ocean are turned off to encourage them to swim to the moon. I hear it is quit a site. Hope you can make it again during turtle season or before.

  This is the second year we have stayed at this beautiful condo. Our family of 6 (ranging in age from 18 - 79) loved every second of our stay. The condo is very spacious and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything needed to cook our meals. The living room furniture is very comfortable and seated the 6 of us nicely. The view from the balcony is just beautiful and the beach was never overcrowded. There are good restaurants close by as well as a grocery store. The building is nicely maintained, has grills to cook out, a swimming pool and tennis courts. (My sons played tennis for hours!) The hourly church bells from across the street add such a nice touch to the morning/afternoon atmosphere. Penny is so easy to deal with and responds to emails in a very timely manner. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We love it!

  We stayed for three days. The beach was beautiful, very family friendly, and not very crowded at all. the property overlooked the ocean. the layout of the condo was very nice. we had plenty of room for the five of us. the property, overall, was well maintained. the negatives: the rugs and the bedding appear a bit old and worn out. we were surprised that the property lacked basic necessities. we had to buy toilet paper, dish soap, laundry soap and dishwashing soap. properties we have stayed at in the past have been equipped with these items. we asked the management office, but they told us it was the renter's responsibility. Overall, it was a very nice stay, very relaxing and beautiful.

  We have a family of 6 (two adults and children from ages 9-20). We enjoyed our time at the condo. It has a spacious living room with a great view of the ocean and the master bedroom also has a great view of the ocean. There are some nice restaurants close by and shopping areas although there was no need to eat out since we enjoy cooking. We only ate out three times in 6 days. The kitchen has everything necessary to feel at home. All the pots and pans, utensils, toaster oven and blender came in handy. We also grilled out a few times. Our boys had a blast on the beach. Plenty of waves but enough calm water closer to shore for the little ones. It is a very flat beach with packed sand for those who like to ride bikes. Our first day there we had the beach practically to ourselves (unreal). Loved the fact that it was never crowded. The most people we saw happened on Memorial day and it still wasn't crowded. Penny was very helpful with information. Thank you Penny!

  When we first walked into the condo we both said WOW! did we get lucky! This place is beautiful and then we looked out and saw the lovely beach and the magnificent ocean with the surf rolling in. It was love at first sight and we knew we were going to be very happy staying in this condo. This condo is very spacious, very clean and tastefully decorated. The large master bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed with patio doors leading to the balcony - the perfect place for waking up every morning to a stunning view of the sunrise and the sound of the surf. The walk-in closet was a treat as was the abundance of dresser drawers. Plenty of space for everything. The second bedroom with two singles is perfect for guests. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything you would ever need with new modern appliences. The linen closet was completely stocked with towells and even some childrens' toys and four beach chairs. It was such a pleasure to have the washer and dryer in the unit. The secure underground garage was a plus. There are plenty of restaurants for every taste and budget. A great Public grocery very near by. Very easy to get around the area. We walked twice a day on the beach and loved every minute. Afterwards our favorite spot was the big chair where you could gaze at and hear the surf - watch the beach activity - read a good book and maybe dose a little -"Heaven" The owner, Penny was a pleasure to deal with and very prompt with phone calls and emails as we made our arrangements for next year. Of course we are going back and can hardly wait to walk into our wonderful condo which became our home away from home

  Our family of 6 (ranging in age from 17 to 78) stayed in this beautiful condo for 5 nights. We all loved it. The view of the ocean was amazing. The beach was never overcrowded. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well-supplied. This condo had everything we needed to keep everyone perfectly happy during our stay. The owner was very nice and responded promptly to emails while arranging our stay. As the review title states--we had a perfect vacation!

  This condo is exactly as presented except maybe a bit more spacious than the photos show. It was well equipped and very tastefully decorated. After spending a week at Disney World, my family and I were ready for just relaxation, and that is what the condo gave us. We enjoyed the spectacular view from the balcony as well as our time on the beach, which by the way, was very uncrowded. We set up a gazebo every afternoon about 1:00 and always had our choice of where to place it. The owner was courteous and helpful each time I contacted her while setting up the reservation. I would definitely return to this unit and highly recommend it. All the appliances including the dishwasher, washer and dryer, and ice maker worked very quietly and efficiently. All in all, this was a great place for a vacation!
