The Moontide Condominium is one of the premier, highly desirable oceanfront condominiums in New Smyrna Beach. Located on a no-drive beach Moontides units have a fantastic direct oceanfront view of the Atlantic Ocean.
Our non-smoking condominium is updated, tastefully decorated, comfortable and clean. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest room, and a full-size, pull-out sleeper sofa. The spacious living room area has an open floor plan to the dining area.
This third floor unit has spectacular views as we are located in Building A (beachfront), only steps to the sand. The unit is approximately 1400 square foot including the 30-foot-wide balcony with access from the Livingroom and Masterbedroom. See amazing sunrises, birds fly & dive, watch the dolphins or see the shuttle launch from the large balcony.
The Masterbedroom features a large walk-in closet and private bathroom.
Fully furnished and equipped for your stay.
A washer and dryer are in the unit for your convenience.
There is a spectacular view from the fifth-story heated-pool deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

Why the Owner Chose Moontide
After vacationing in New Smyrna for 4 months, I purchased this condo because I enjoyed the atmosphere and location. I particularly liked the Moontide complex because of the amazing view, friendly people, and great upkeep of the property. Inside the condo I stood in the kitchen looked straight ahead and saw this beautiful view of the ocean, almost as though it was a picture. As I opened the sliding doors the sound of the oceans waves just amazed me. I walk & bicycle on the beach days collecting shells & watching the dolphins. I also enjoy the shopping, dining & other planned activities in the neighborhood. The bonus was realizing Orlando attractions, Disney, Universal Studios etc. were just a drive away where I could still return and relax.

Our family of 6 (ranging in age from 17 to 78) stayed in this beautiful condo for 5 nights. We all loved it. The view of the ocean was amazing. The beach was never overcrowded. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well-supplied. This condo had everything we needed to keep everyone perfectly happy during our stay. The owner was very nice and responded promptly to emails while arranging our stay. As the review title states--we had a perfect vacation!

This condo is exactly as presented except maybe a bit more spacious than the photos show. It was well equipped and very tastefully decorated. After spending a week at Disney World, my family and I were ready for just relaxation, and that is what the condo gave us. We enjoyed the spectacular view from the balcony as well as our time on the beach, which by the way, was very uncrowded. We set up a gazebo every afternoon about 1:00 and always had our choice of where to place it. The owner was courteous and helpful each time I contacted her while setting up the reservation. I would definitely return to this unit and highly recommend it. All the appliances including the dishwasher, washer and dryer, and ice maker worked very quietly and efficiently. All in all, this was a great place for a vacation!

My husband and I had a wonderful week in this unit..........it was exactly as we had hoped........nothing between our balcony and the beach......the heavenly treat of being able to hear the sounds of the surf all day and all night! Having the sliding glass doors open from the LR and the master BR was just what we had been looking for! The unit was extremely comfortable and we found it to be clean and well furnished. Having a washer/dryer was a plus! The king sized bed was very comfortable.......especially with the sounds of the ocean just a hundred or so feet away during high tide! We really hated to leave at the end of the week. If you can't relax here, there is no hope for you! We had a great experience working out our stay with the owner and upon arrival, found the Moontide staff to be just a friendly and helpful. We were also extremely impressed with the cleanliness and obvious upkeep of the entire facility..........never any trash or sand in the outside halls, elevators or even in the garage! We also also appreciated the sense of security we felt with the use of an inside garage and the requirement of keys to enter the buliding from the beach. We highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting a quiet, restful, and delightful stay on the beach! It also would be great for kids, too, with the proximity of the beach and the large pool located on the 5th floor.........quite unique! The views from the 3rd floor were great.........and the sunrises were unbelievable! We are already planning our next visit to NSB and a stay in this particular unit........we would love to be able to stay a month!!! Thank you for sharing your unit with us........it was HEAVEN for someone who was born and raised in NSB, but never had the luxury of living on the beach!

This condo is fabulous!!!! I would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the NSB area. The location is great because it is close to all the shops and restaurants but south of all the congestion on the beach. All the rooms are nice and clean with lots of space and great views. We will definitely return.

We loved your condo - beautifully furnished and the view was spectacular! We have stayed in other condos in NSB, but yours is by far the best!! From the moment we walked in the door, we knew this was a place we could call home for a month!! Very clean and well maintained. The rooms were spacious with lots of closet space, walk-in closet in the master bedroom, nice kitchen with clean drawers and contents neatly placed. If you wanted to cook you could, lots of utensils, etc... And last but not least a washer and dryer... what a plus!!!!!! We enjoyed walking on the beach and the morning sunrises were absolutely beautiful!! There are plenty of very nice restaurants nearby....I think we tried them all!!! Our daughter, son-in-law, 2 grandchildren visited and we were all very comfortable. Even though the weather wasn't the best, they rented wet suits and had a great time in the ocean..what memories we made! Our vacation came to an end way too soon, we were sad to leave....but will definitely be returning again and again.... Anyone wanting to rent your condo will not be disappointed...Thank you
