We are truly excited to share our newly purchased ocean front upstairs vacation rental in North Mission Beach with vacationers from throughout the world. It is right next store to our other very popular "Beach Recess I" property. You will be able to see and hear the ocean from the living room, dining room, and kitchen. If you have not booked your fall vacation or summer of 2008 vacation, now is the time.

While you are enjoying your vacation at our North Mission Beach ocean front vacation rental you will have access to a one bedroom, one bathroom (525 square foot) condominium with a new sleeper sofa, chair, mirrors, ceiling fans, dual paned tinted solar glass, skylight, rug, television, dining room table and chairs, bathroom sink, toilet, and bathroom tile.
You will enjoy all of the comforts of our home with a washer and dryer, towels, linens, and a fully-stocked kitchen. Please enjoy the upstairs deck and downstairs patio area for relaxing, barbecues, and casual conversations with people passing by on the boardwalk. Additionally, you will have a designated parking spot.
