The Havens at Barefoot Resort is a private upscale resort. This is a beautiful first floor unit that gives you lots of privacy. The unit is brand new and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is brand new and has been newly decorated. The kitchens and bathrooms have tile flooring.
The master suite has it's own private bathroom with a large closet. The Resort is in North Myrtle Beach and has a family atmosphere. It is a great place to relax and still be centrally located to all the activities of Myrtle Beach. The unit has a screened in patio in back that is located on the ninth hole of the highly rated Greg Norman Golf Course in Barefoot Resort.

- There are lots of activities in Barefoot Resort: * 4 championship golf courses along with a brand new driving range. * a beautiful clubhouse and restaurant that overlooks the golf course. * 2 additional restaurants on site. One of the restaurants overlooks the intercoastal waterway. * bike and walking paths. * picnic spots, tennis courts and a basketball court. * a very large (never crowded) swimming pool across the street from the unit that also includes a charcol grill for cookouts. *There is also a beach shuttle that will take you to the Barefoot Beach front cabana (DURING SEASON). Right outside of the resort is Barefoot Landing, the House of Blues and the Alabama Theatre. Barefoot Landing has more than 7 restaurants, loads of stores and candy, peanut, ice cream and fudge shops. They also have fireworks every Monday night during season..

I chose this location for the beautiful courses and for the quality that comes with the Barefoot name. You wont find a better facility then Barefoot and a more enjoyable golfing experiance.

I am a Police Detective in the NY area and purchased this property as my home away from home and not as a rental property. Sometimes things don't work out the way we plan. I chose this location for the beautiful courses and for the quality that comes with the Barefoot name.
