The house consists of a large living room, dining room with fireplace and exposed natural rock, an equipped kitchen, a small bathroom with WC and 2 bedrooms on the mezzanine. 2 additional sofa beds.

Bonjour, Je voudrais expliquer la note. Les propriétaires sont absolument charmants et très accueillants, le site et l'environnement sont exceptionnels (la plus belle terrasse du village avec vue au Sud sur le Mont Ventoux... + au Nord sur les Gorges) MAIS... MAIS l’intérieur n'est pas acceptable pour une location. La plomberie fuit, électricité n'est pas aux normes, les graviers tombent du plafond, les aménagements datant d'au moins 40 ans (baignoire sabot !)… ce qui serait tolérable pour une vieille maison de famille n'est pas acceptable pour une location. Ce message est pour d'éventuels locataires, surtout s'ils ont de petits enfants, mais surtout pour les propriétaires : vous avez une pépite et les moyens de la transformer en un bijou qui ferrait la Une des magazines. Quel dommage !

Tolle Kapelle, die noch schöner werden könnte

Nach anfänglicher Irritation wegen des bei FeWo versprochenen WLAN, das Colette und ihr Mann dann aber gleich am nächsten Tag einrichteten, war vieles prima bis regelrecht toll. Von der riesigen teils schattigen Terrasse, auf der man bei Sommernachthitze auch gut übernachten und in die Sterne gucken kann (Mücken gab es fast keine), hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Ardèche, deren Badestelle man in ein paar Minuten erreicht. Die Terrasse ist wirklich wunderbar und noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Da wir in einem sehr heißen Sommer da waren, war auch der häufige Wind sehr angenehm. Das mittelalterliche Aiguéze Dorf ist sehr schön. Cafés und Restaurants gibt es hier und in den umliegenden Orten so allerlei, und die Grotten rund um die Ardèche sind ja sowieso weltberühmt. Die Kapelle wurde auch von unserem Ventilator erträglich kühl gehalten und war für uns vier Leute plus Hund groß genug, obwohl die Wohnfläche spürbar kleiner ist als die bei FeWo angegebenen 100 Quadratmeter. Auch ist sie sehr hellhörig. Im oberen Stockwerk gibt es 2 Zimmer, die zwar durch eine Tür getrennt sind, jedoch ist das hintere Zimmer nach unten zur Treppe hin offen, das vordere Zimmer nur durch ein Geländer vom unteren Wohnbereich getrennt, so dass es keinen wirklichen Rückzugsort gibt und alle Tag- und Nachtgeräusche jederzeit überall zu hören sind. Leider wirkt die Kapelle bis auf einige alte passende Holzmöbel etwas lieblos und vernachlässigt und ist wohl auch für wenig empfindliche Menschen zu schmutzig. Ein gründlicher Durchputz würde vor allem der Küche wie auch den Wohnräumen und Schränken gut bekommen; der Backofen war wegen Unsauberkeit ganz unbenutzbar. Abzug gibt es auch für die fehlenden Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Küchentücher. Wenn man all das für 4 Personen mitnehmen muss, ist die Hälfte des Kofferraums voll. Zusätzlich hat die Verwaltung des nahegelegenen Saint Martin entschieden, dass (nicht nur) am Wochenende eine Disco die von Natur aus herrlich leise Ardècheschlucht mit Musikmüll ruinieren darf. Was umso schlimmer war, weil der Krach auch unsere Hausnachbarn animierte, nachts mehrmals gleichlauten Doofmusiklärm zu machen, und ohne Ohropax und Rotwein wären wir vielleicht manchmal verrückt geworden. Kurzfassung: eine tolle alte Kappele mit einer grandiosen Terrasse und einem sagenhaften Rundblick, aber prima wäre: bitte einmal durchwischen und den Lärm abstellen! Dann wäre alles tatsächlich NOCH schöner.

Séjour atypique et touristique

En plein coeur du village d'Aiguèze, la chapelle offre une vue imprenable sur l'Ardèche. Les propriétaires sont très aimables. L'ancienneté du lieu traduit tout de même beaucoup de poussière... A noter aussi une situation sujette à de forts vents sur la terrasse.

Extraordinaire !

Emplacement fabuleux au-dessus de l'Ardèche, on ne se lasse pas de la vue à toute heure de la journée, et petit jardin tellement agréable ! Problème de literie si on est plus que quatre (vieux matelas très désagréables, même pour des enfants). Colette très sympathique. Séjour inoubliable...

vue exceptionnelle

c'est un pays où l'on peut vivre dehors et le jardin en terrasse est exceptionnel. l’intérieur est conforme aux photos. accès facile à la rivière où la baignade est un régale. les propriétaires sont charmants et ils ont changé le lave-linge défectueux du jour au lendemain.
