This luxury townhouse,is highly maintained and equipped with everything you need for a great vacation. It is located in GULF HIGHLANDS BEACH RESORT. YOUR FOOD AND CLOTHES ARE ALL YOU NEED!!! The unit has 2 parking spaces outside the front door.
Two bedrooms and two baths are located upstairs. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has 1 double bed and 1 queen size bed. Each has color T.V. and a VCR in the front bedroom. On the bottom level you will find the den, kitchen, dining area, half bath, and laundry room.
The den has a queen sofa bed and a color T.V., V.C.R. & DVD player. The kitchen is completely furnished with everything from small appliances to dishes and cookware. The dining area has a dinette table with captain chairs. There are 6 stools at the bar for more seating. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer for your use.
All linens are furnished. I furnish beach towels, chairs, lounge chairs, umbrella, cooler, and a luggage carrier for you to carry everything to the beach. I have a gas grill for your use also. The extended patio with picnic table and umbrella are for your enjoyment. You will not be disappointed with this townhouse.

Unit was very clean and organized. The back patio door was only a few steps away from the swimming pool. Had a couple of issues with clothes dryer not working when we arrived and A/C unit not working after a bad rain storm but owners took care of the clothes dryer the day we arrived and the A/C unit the day they were notified. Owners were very easy to contact. Called them three times with questions and each time they answered the phone immediately. My wife and I would definitely stay there again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Why the Owner Chose Gulf Highlands:
We liked the complex because it was so kid friendly and there are so many pools, tennis courts, and putt putt golf. You don't have to get in the car for the children to have something to do. There is a clubhouse over on the beach with restrooms, a pool, and a snack bar for you to get something to eat or drink. It has a nice covered porch and a deck you can sit on and look out over the beach.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
One of the units is on a canal and you can sit out and enjoy the view and even fish if you want to. The other unit has sliding glass doors and is about 40 steps to a pool.
