Condominium number 217 offers 1674 square feet for the finest in luxury vacation rentals. As you enter, the tiled foyer leads to a sun-drenched professionally decorated living area with capacious seating that opens onto a 240 square foot balcony overlooking unparalleled seascape vistas and masterful landscaping.
This condo offers a spacious, fully equipped kitchen complete with wet bar, side by side refrigerator, smooth-top range, built-in microwave and dishwasher. The glass-topped table in the dining area comfortably seats 6. The exquisite master suite offers a comfortable king-size bed, a writing table (circa 1860), ample storage, TV, reading chair and a spectacular view of the ocean. The adjoining master bath offers cultured marble double sinks, Jacuzzi tub and a spacious glass enclosed shower.

Comfortable, spacious and tastefully decorated condo with a great owner. What more could you ask for on fall break? It has a well-stocked kitchen with quality cookware. The beds are all comfortable and have nice sheets, but 2 of the beds would benefit from new bedspreads. The pool heater had not been turned on when we arrived, but the owner went to work on our behalf from her own vacation to have it remedied and once on, it worked very well. The on-site grounds keepers and staff were very pleasant. The Grand is a beautiful complex and it has been well maintained. This unit is no exception, but what made it really great was the owner. She was a pleasure to work with start to finish, even offering a last minute dinner suggestion from her iPhone. We can not wait to go back!

Details about this unit and the facilities are "as advertised". The Grand is a gated facility and access is controlled and security is obvious. The beach area has sufficient room even at high tide to enjoy the waves and the sand without feeling crowded and the pool area was generally clean. We had no problems with convenient parking, security, or any visitors while we were there. This unit also has a great balcony with plenty of room to relax and it is in the shade during the afternoon. When we arrived, the unit was clean and all items worked. The floor plan is not your typical beach condo arrangement. The master bed and bath were spacious and the remaining rooms provided privacy. Overall, our family rated this unit as "the best".
