Why the Owner Chose SeaSide Villas
When we purchased our villa, our children were one and three years old. They are both now college students! We wanted a place on the ocean side for ease of getting to and from the beach without having any roads to cross. Staying in an oceanfront building is also convenient for lunches, naps, bathrooms, etc. while spending the day at the beach.The location of Seaside Villas is very convenient with shops and restaurants within walking distance.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We love the location of Seaside Villas and our unit in particular. We have a wonderful ocean view, and a pool view from the front door which has been convenient when our teens have headed to the pool prior to us or stayed there after us. We have installed central air conditioning making our unit one of the few at Seaside with central air. I cannot stress how much more comfortable this makes the entire villa. We have also installed new Pergo flooring this year.

We married in 1988 and have two children, both in college. We purchased our Seaside Villa in 1992 while living in Evans, Georgia. In 2002, we relocated to Yorktown, Virginia.
