New custom log cabin on a private 6.5 acre lot with 1100 feet of river front on the Tye River. Nestled between the river and beautiful mountain views, the 2750 square foot cabin has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and is a cozy retreat for two but spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 10 or more.

The focal points of the cabin are a great room with a huge field stone fireplace and a full gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The cabin is surrounded by a large partially covered deck, with an overhead heater, propane barbeque and a 6 person hot-tub.

The cabin is 2.5 miles east of Skykomish and 13 miles west of the Stevens Pass ski area - accessible via a private road from Highway 2.

Jetted Tub in Bath Private Hot Tub: 6 person hot-tub on the deck off the master bedroom. The hot-tub is useable in all weather conditions, as the roof extends over that portion of the deck.

Outdoor Features	Gas/Electric BBQ Grill: Weber propane grill on the back deck. Deck/Patio: Large deck spanning the entire back of the house. Two portions are covered by the roof (off the kitchen and off the master bedroom) to enable year round use. Lanai: Wide front porch is covered by the roof, has a nice log railing and views of the surrounding mountains and woods.

Also enables easy access to prime Eastern Washington fishing rivers, like the Yakima, just over the pass on Highway 2.
