Welcome to our wonderful Orlando Disney home, "Paradise Villa."
Thank you for taking the time to view and enquire about our fantastic Davenport Vacation Rental Villa near Disney, Orlando. This house is a great Orlando rental home for the vacation of a lifetime.
We are the owners of this beautiful house and have been since it was built.
Paradise Villa is the complete ultimate in luxury. It is our very attractive, private, 6 bed, 4 bath villa, situated on the beautiful Hampton Lakes development, 10/15 minutes from Disney.
It is perfect for large and multiple families or groups of friends who want to come and enjoy the fabulous facilities and attractions that Disney and Florida have to offer. The villa has been furnished to an exceptionally high standard.
The house has 2800 sq ft of living space and is located on a south-west facing corner plot.
It can sleep 13/15 people and has three mastersuites. One has a king-size bed, and the other two both have queen-size beds.
There is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a Disney themed children's bedroom with triple bunk beds.
The house has a spacious living room that has in it three leather sofas, a large 52-inch colour TV, DVD, VCR and a CD player. There is a beautiful solid oak entertainment unit around the TV. There are a set of patio doors that lead onto the poolside.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, ice maker, cooker, dishwasher, microwave and breakfast bar.
There is a dining room with a table and chairs that seat eight people.
The kitchen, dining room, living room and the foyer/entrance hall have all been tiled.
We have just added to the villa the latest in high speed wireless broadband internet access, digital cable so you have around 300 TV channels to watch including some pay per view channels and the latest telephone system so you get free unlimited calls anywhere in the US and Canada.
There is a fully air-conditioned gamesroom that has in it a pool table, leather sofa, colour TV and a Playstation 2.
The southwest-facing pool has been completely fenced in for total privacy. This is very private and lets you relax and enjoy your vacation whilst also having peaceful quiet time to yourself.
The pool is 30ft x 15ft and we have added a new free standing hottub that can be heated to 104%. The decking has been extended to 50ft x 25ft. There are additional floodlights, tables, chairs and sunloungers.
Every bedroom in the villa has a TV and telephone. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
We have tried to make Paradise Villa that perfect holiday destination for you, your family and friends. We look forward to speaking with you all very soon.
