We have spent over $50,000 remodeling our condo these past 12 months and the condominium has it all. Just show up with your swimsuit and begin relaxing. You may never have to leave Pinnacle Port during your entire stay, but if you do, restaurants, shopping centers, golfing and quaint Carillon shops are just right around the corner. You can also rent bikes, kayaks, beach chairs, paddle boats, water cannons and canoes right on-site.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Pinnacle Port is close to Panama City Beach and route 30A, but it's also isolated so it is quiet, peaceful and very safe. There is plenty of room to spread out a picnic on the beach without worrying about other beach goers ruining your space. Yet it is a short drive to some of the best shopping, entertainment, golfing and dinning in Northwest Florida. It's the best of both worlds.

Great place to hang out all day. Great dinning and a great place to people watch. Bring your bikes and explore all the bike trails.
Fun place to take the kids. Their dolphin show is pretty good and they seem to take care of the animals really well.

Growing up in Atlanta, Panama City Beach was a natural vacation destination, so many a spring break were spent walking up and down those snow white beaches. My favorite place in Panama City Beach was Pinnacle Port and once we had children, I wanted to make sure they too got a chance to enjoy Panama City Beach and Pinnacle Port. We feel we found our little paradise and we are glad to be able to share it with others.

I HIGHLY recommend this condo for a vacation at the beach!! Location: FIVE STARS - Pinnacle Port is perfect. . . close to restaurants, shopping, yet far enough away from the "crowds." Publix is very close by. Being right on the beach is incredible. The pool is amazing. There is a covered area where we swam for hours and did not have to worry about sunscreen. View: FIVE STARS - The views are breathtaking! Being right on the beach is wonderful. . . hearing the ocean. . . reading a book on the balcony (seated in very comfortable patio furniture) was one of my favorite things to do in the early morning or late afternoon. Bedrooms/Comfort: FIVE STARS - All of the beds slept really well. We had four children in one bedroom with no complaints! ;-) Even with the futon pulled out, there was still enough room for them to move around and get dressed. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. We all woke up very rested every morning. Layout of the Condo: FIVE STARS - Having the bedrooms on a different floor than the living room and kitchen was a huge plus. . . The design and layout of the condo was very smart, so that the living room's balcony was a different view than the master bedroom's. The half bath next to the kitchen and laundry was very convenient and was a good way to keep the sand trail to a minimum. ;-) Kitchen: FIVE STARS - We like to eat in most of the time, so we really enjoyed this kitchen. It had everything that we needed. The refrigerator kept things cold (cooled off our groceries quickly), the oven baked evenly and the stovetop worked well. Unexpected Bonuses: FIVE STARS - Wireless availability in the condo, Netflix movies on the TV. It was very relaxing, yet with plenty of things to do. Our family made many memories on this trip.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

What a great place! This was our first stay here. It's obvious that the owners have updated and remodeled. Furniture is comfortable, and the kitchen is well-appointed. It's nice that there's a view of the Gulf and the ICW. It's only a short walk down the stairs and out to the beach or the pool. The property maintenance and security staff are friendly. We're looking forward to our next stay!

We stayed in this condo in October of 2009. By far, this is the best place we have ever stayed at! The condo is tastefully decorated, spacious, and has the best stocked kitchen I have ever used on vacation. The views and all the extras this place has to offer are fantastic! We will be back and cannot see us staying any where else!

My husband and I were very pleased with this condo.We were apprehensive with having an 11 month old coming with us though as soon as we explored the condo we were relieved.The condo was very spacious and accomodated us as well as my husbands 70 yr old grandparents.We were able to cook with several people in the kitchen at a time.Both beds slept very well. It was very clean. We came in and made ourselves at home.Very welcoming. Most nights the grandparents slept with the balcony door open so we could hear the ocean waves.That was wonderful in itself. The view was spectacular! We saw dolphins three different mornings from the master bedroom.We could see them jumping around clearly.I loved the fact that the area was gated and quiet.Someone did fireworks one night but it was over within seconds.Shopping was around the corner which made it easy for us to get forgotten things for my daughter.The heart of Panama city was minutes away for the adventureous side of us but to be honest because the beach was so close and beautiful we stayed mostly there.Since it was private we were able to set up and leave it all there until we wanted to dig our toes in the sand again. Overall with the convenient location,private and secured setting along with the clean and open condo my family had a great vacation.When I say that my husband was in tears when we got back home I am not exaggerating.We just all had a great bonding time that he wasn't ready to leave it.We had a blast being able to go to the pool with no worry about Rachael getting sunburn b/c the pool was half shaded.After swimming or being on the beach since they were next to each other I could take my daughter to the condo and give her a bath/put her to bed while watching my husband act like a goof in the ocean.We will definetly go back to this same condo and make more memories year after year. Very kid friendly. Very accomodating and convenient. Thanks for the unforgettable momories!

We stayed in this condo for 2 months this past winter and it was just wonderful. The view from the balcony in the bedroom was great and from the balcony in the downstairs it was nice to see the sunsets at night. The kitchen had great appliances. The condo was very clean and lots of space. Pinnacle Port is a great place to be as it is right on the water and very quiet. We would definitely come back and stay here again.

We stayed in this condo in July 08 for our yearly trip to Panama City Beach. This was by far the best place we have stayed at so far. We loved to quietness of the resort and the family friendly atmosphere. We will definately come back to Pinnacle Port. The view from the Master Bedroom was wonderful. We spent every night out on the balcony listening to the sounds of the waves and every morning out on the balcony watching the dolphins jump. The water was crystal clear and absolutely beautiful! We loved it! Thanks so much for allowing us to stay in this great condo and enjoy our break from work! WE WILL BE BACK!!!

We have stayed at this condo two times and enjoyed both times very much. The condo was very clean comfortable and homey. We felt the location was very safe for families. I love the fact that it is right on the beach and away from the hoopla of Panama City. The decor is the absolutely beautiful but yet very pratical. You feel right at home as soon as you walk in. We also liked the fact that there are 2 grocery stores just around the corner. It is without a doubt the best place we have stayed at in Panama City!

I just recently stayed in this condo and it was just perfect. We had four adults, one child and room for a few more. We saw dolphins from the balcony off of one of the rooms. It was really cool! The pool was very child friendly. I felt very safe staying at Pinnacle Port. I hope your experience was a wonderful as ours.

This is a great place to stay. My family and I enjoyed very much the ocean's view from the master bedroom and the great comfort of the whole condo. The kitchen is great and the cover swimming pool is a great advantage for the kids.
