If you are looking for a wonderful spacious home to be the perfect base for your Orlando vacation you've just found it. Our beautiful home is located less than four miles and just two traffic signals away from the magic of Walt Disney World. As well as being right on Disney's doorstep, all the areas other fantastic attractions such as Universal Studios and Sea World are also close by. For golfers there is an abundance of courses in the immediate area including the new Champions Gate, and of course all six of Disney's magnificent courses which are just 20 minutes away.

With it's 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it's an luxurious home-away-from-home for up to 10 guests. The 2 master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms mean's it's great for 2 families to share. Outside there’s an extended and screened deck area with your own private swimming pool.

Completed in 2001 our fully air conditioned home is on a premium lot and has been upgraded ,luxuriously furnished and decorated to a very high standard. There are comfy sofas. You'll enjoy the feeling of being in a luxury home, well above the normal standard. villa entertainment facilities include 5 TV's with Cable, VCR DVD, and CD Hifi and a range of videos, books and board games.

Our Villa has a wonderfully-equipped kitchen and full laundry facilities, we provide plenty of linens for all the bedrooms and bathrooms so just bring a few clothes and your toothbrush !

We have included everything that we think you or we would need down to and including a corkscrew, many of these such as Baby equipment, Sports equipment, and they are included in our rates.

Our home is maintained and cleaned to the highest standards by our locally based management company who provide 24/7 assistance to our guests.

Bedroom configuration:
We don’t like sleeping on uncomfortable Sofa beds and don’t believe our guests should have to either. Our standard configuration provides 3 double beds and 4 single beds in the 4 bedrooms which is normally more than enough to sleep 10 guests.

Bedroom 1 features a double bed and magnificent en suite bathroom with huge shower and jacuzzi bath. It also has it's own TV with Cable and phone. It opens onto the pool area.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed, TV and it's own ensuite bath/shower
Bedroom 3 has a double bed and TV/DVD too, with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space.
Bedroom 4 is equipped with twin singles.Both these beds have pull out beds stored underneath to give you those extra beds. TV, DVD.
All bedrooms have built in wardrobes and plenty of draw and storage space.
For infants we provide a range of equipment at no extra cost including a Travel Crib /Playpen a high chair and lightweight strollers.
NEW for 2006 is a games room consisting of American Pool table and other wonderful games.

I just wanted to let you know how much I loved staying at your villa. I would advise anyone with young children to rent a villa if possible. They will greatly appreciate the separate bedrooms and bathrooms. I'm an early riser, and I enjoyed being able to wake early and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning without fear of waking the family. Your villa is beautiful, very tastefully decorated, and I hope we will have an opportunity to stay there
again sometime. I hated to leave! I love Florida, and Disney, and the week just passed so quickly.

I have told everyone at work about the house and how if they are planning on going to Disneyworld anytime soon, they definitely need to consider the house!!

The cutest thing happened the morning after we returned from our vacation......My 3 1/2 year old daughter, Olivia, told me "Mommy, I want to go home!" and I told her - Honey, we are home......Guess what she said!! "No! I want to go to our NEW home!!" Of course she meant your Villa!!! I had to explain to her that we couldn't stay there forever, but that we will go back soon!!
