The Beautiful Island Vista Where Suites Are 50% Larger Than Average - Myrtle Beach, South Carolina Condo Rental The BRAND NEW Island Vista, completed in 2006 continues to be the icon created by the old Sea Island. Located on 500 feet of sandy beach, in the heart of Myrtle Beach and the uncrowded, exclusive north-end residential section of Myrtle Beach. Near the action yet away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area. Known as "THE GOLDEN MILE," which will add to the luxury with your stay at Island Vista. The full service upscale restaurant, "The Cypress Room," continues their many years of offering delicious meals served in the comfort and convenience of the oceanfront dining room. The restaurant has created a following of locals and is recognized as one of the best on the Grand Strand. You will also enjoy the Tiki Hut bar and grill located on the outside next to the pool. A number of supervised children's activities are available during the summer months, including poolside games, scavenger hunts, pizza and movie nights, and arts and crafts. The hallways are enclosed with heat and air condition, offering a controlled environment by reducing outside weather exposure and noise. High-speed elevators open directly into the climate controlled corridors. The ON-SITE, ENCLOSED PARKING GARAGE GIVES DIRECT INDOOR ENTRY TO THE RESORT and limits any noise to the units. This PENTHOUSE SUITE located on the north end of the resort gives you the ideal comfort offered by where the sun is located in the morning and afternoon. In the summer, you don't get any exposure from the hot sun in the afternoon and in the morning you can enjoy seeing the sunrise. The large covered balcony gives you shade after the middle of the morning, for the rest of the day. The NOISE of the ROLLING OCEAN will relax you, unlike anything else. We pride ourselves in trying to provide anyone a very enjoyable vacation. You will find four large pillows on the king bed in the master bedroom. One room has a queen bed and one room has two twin beds or one king bed. When we purchased this large penthouse suite, some of the reasons why we selected this unit was because of it being built to reduce noise, location, design, size, the enclosed corridors with direct access to the enclosed garages, access to a lot of direct ocean front and being spread out instead of being stacked. We had owned units in other resorts and experienced the pros and cons, making us aware of what we wanted for a home away from home. We have not been disappointed and ask that you share it with us.
