Featuring an 8-10 seater outside Hot Tub, with 30 + jets and fibre optic lights! Imagine yourself soaking langourously in the hot tub after a hard days skiing or a long days golf watching the moon set over, or watching the spectacular views and sunsets over Purcell mountains and Columbia River.
For those large family gatherings we have a very spacious kitchen with granite counter top island, with solid oak floors & every modern convenience & settings for 12 people + gadgets for the gourmet cook. Seating at dinner table for 10.
Kitchen leads directly out on to the deck just by the BBQ, with large patio table & seating for those idyllic sunny evenings and starry nights.
The kitchen is the hub of the area but leads naturally into the living room and also the pool room with oriental carpets and piano.
Spacious 800 sq' living room with log fireplace & oak 4.5' x 9' pool table, piano & library and plenty of board games for family enjoyment.

3 Fantastic Golf courses within 1/4 of mile of the house! Riverside, Mountainside & Creekside. Near to 7 other 18 hole golf courses, plus Windermere and Columbia lakes with beaches and boating amenities.
Close to Fairmont resort and hot pools (and hot waterfall!), and Fairmont ski resort.
Riverside Golf Clubhouse, with restaurants and bar, a mere 300yds walk.
Six other ski resorts within 2 hours drive including Panarama, Kimberly, Fernie, Kicking Horse(great powder), Lake Louise, and Sunshine. Heli skiing and cat skiing are just 40 minutes away. Cross country skiing from the back door onto the golf course. The Banff-Kootenay National park is adjacent to us with a wide range of ski trails and biking/hiking trails. Great for wildlife viewing and bird spotting in the largest wetlands in western Canada.

Fishing abounds in the many local lakes and rivers.

Why the Owner Chose Fairmont Hot Springs
We actually designed and built the house ourselves as a family home. We wanted to be on the golf course as we are keen golfers and close to the ski hill as we wanted to teach our kids to ski.
It is a wonderful area to raise children and enjoy family life. We all enjoy the golf course, and the hot pools, and all the outdoor activities in the area.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We love sitting on the back deck overlooking the golf course on warm summer evenings and watching all the golfers go by. Many evenings we walk down along the Columbia river - just yards from the property, or float or canoe along the river. We are keen gardners and take great pleasure in our lovely flower beds every summer.

Mike & Pippa Heck - originally from England. We settled in Fairmont 20 years ago and love the area. We raised 2 kids in the house, but they have since flown the coop, so now we love having other families enjoy our lovely home and the area.

Three families met here for a wonderful week. Columbia valley is spectacular and there are great views from every window of this house. The kitchen is very large and well equipped as is the rest of the house. The pool table and hot tub were in use all week and the piano was a special treat for our musical group. Mike and Pippa and the people who work for them are very helpful. I will definitely look to stay here again.

I had fun playing with Jasper. Thank you for the nice hot tub. I had fun with Jasper. I like playing pool & video games. The look out was great. Beautiful home for my parents 40th wedding anniversary. Enjoyed the view, the hot tub, pool and Jasper. Great home for our anniversary, made special memories with our kids & grandchildren. We had a sibling get together and this place was the perfect place for that. This kitchen was large enought to host us all and it was great having a large sectional in the livingroom next to the pool table which played host to many games. The hot tub looking over the golf course was very relaxing. We found that it was very convenient to have a washroom basically with every bedroom. It was close for nice walks and not to far for our ski day at Panorama. Pippa was great and gave us great customer service. I would definetely recommend this to friends and family and we look forward to returning some time. Sharon
