This is a large, 3,700 square foot custom built, air conditioned, Sunriver home and considered a premier home by property managements. It is our purpose to make this home the most desireable home in all Sunriver and I hope we have achieved this. Our Luxury home is centrally located and is just a few minutes walk to the popular Fort Rock Park, a quick walk to Woodlands Golf course and a short bike ride to the river. It is the largest 5 bedroom 4 bath house this close to Fort Rock Park. We also supply complementary pool and tennis passes.
This beautiful home was built for comfort and boast some of the finest workmanship and furnishings in Sunriver. The living and dining room has floor to ceiling windows which gives you a birds eye view of the area and opens up to the spacious kitchen creating an open and inviting environment. The dining room has a huge table that seats 10 to 14 people and 4 extra barstools with a comfortable counter set right next to the dining table for extra seating. In the kitchen we have granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a kitchen island with a kitchen prep sink and another garbage disposal for the extra cooks. Our kitchen is fully loaded with the finest appliances for that special cook, or cooks.
We have 3 decks, and one is right off the dining room with a barbeque for easy access. The main living room is spacious and has hardwood floors and a ledge stone fireplace that is warm and cozy.
Down the hallway you will find the second seperate wing with comfortable chairs to sit and relax in with a good book from our library. Or, if it's games you want their is air hockey, ping pong table, and plenty of board games. Off the game room we have several more bedrooms with excellent privacy.
Downstairs the master bedroom has a full jetted tub. Going out of the bathroom, looking right, you will find the indoor sauna and walk in shower. Go to the left into the master bedroom you will find the gas fireplace with sitting area and private access to the deck and hot tub. The other downstair bedrooms has private access to the hot tub.
The wash room has loads of storage and the washer and dryer are brand new and capable of huge loads. Going through the wash room is a door leading to the weight room. The great thing about this room is the windows that go from floor to ceiling so you can be entertained by the wilderness around you while working out. The house also has an indoor sauna, wine cooler, wireless internet, hardwood floors, air conditioning, double heated garage, 8 bikes and much, much more. This is a very popular house and we have guest who come back year after year and we hope to add you to our regular guest list.

Why the Owner Chose Sunriver
When I started looking for a good investment property in Sunriver I thought I would never find that perfect house and I was really ready to give up. It had been at least 2 years of looking before I found it and when I finally did, I thought "WoW!!This home is magnificent! And I meant it. It really has a special quality about it that has that WOW factor. When I started looking around I was amazed at how it just seemed to go on and on and I was begining to wonder if it would ever stop and then I was wondering if I would remember where alll the things were. The Weight room is off the wash room, etc. But it was just part of the charm of the house. And I love the windows that go from the floor to ceiling letting the morning sun in and the huge kitchen where my sisters and I can all cook together without getting in each others way and how we can all seat each person in the dining room while eating without having to look for extra seating for everyone. It is so wonderful. The beds are all so comfortable and over the years I worked, putting the time in finding the Tuscany decor I worked so hard on seemed to finally come together.
The Unique Benefits at this House
I think what I love the most is getting up in the morning and taking my 2 dogs out for a long walk on the paved paths before the sun comes up in the morning and then later, packing my lunch, I will take out my bike for a ride to the river and will usually find a quiet spot to eat my lunch. My sister and I usually like to walk down to the Sunriver mall that has alot of fun stores to go through or going to the Market for groceries or, if we are lucky, we can sit and listen to a concert or listen to some promptu music under tents that might have been set up for different venders. But the most important and enjoyable thing about owning this property is sharing it with others, having families come into my home and make it theirs too. That is what is important about owning a home in Sunriver. Please, come in and make yourselves at home.

My husband and I lived in Eugene for 26 years but my dream has been to move to Bend since 2001. I got that opportunity when I bought this gorgeous home in Bend and in Sunriver. The home in Sunriver is huge, 3700 sq. ft. and really has to have 24 hr. service in order to keep it up to the level it is now, thus I left alone, moved to Bend and life is good.
