This is a large, 3,700 square foot custom built, air conditioned, Sunriver home that is perfect for both families or groups of friends.
Our Luxury home is centrally located and is just a few minutes walk to the popular Fort Rock Park, a quick walk to Woodlands Golf course and a short bike ride to the river. It is the largest 5 bedroom 4 bath house this close to Fort Rock Park. We also supply complementary pool and tennis passes.
This beautiful home was built for comfort and livability. The living and dining rooms have floor to ceiling windows giving you a birds eye view of the outdoors. The spacious kitchen is open to both the living and dining areas creating an open and inviting environment. The dining room has a huge table that seats 10 to 14 people and 4 extra barstools with a comfortable counter set right next to the dining table for extra seating. In the kitchen we have granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a kitchen island with a kitchen prep sink and another garbage disposal for the extra cooks. Our kitchen is fully loaded with the finest appliances for that special cook, or cooks.
We have 3 decks, and one is right off the dining room with a new barbeque for easy access. The main living room is spacious and has hardwood floors and a ledge stone fireplace that is warm and cozy.
Down the hallway you will find the second seperate wing with comfortable chairs to sit and relax in with a good book from our library. Or, if it's games you want there is air hockey, ping pong, and plenty of board games. Off the game room we have two additional bedrooms with excellent privacy.
Downstairs the master bedroom has a full jetted tub. Going out of the bathroom, looking right, you will find the indoor sauna and walk in shower. Go to the left into the master bedroom you will find the gas fireplace with sitting area and private access to the deck and hot tub. The other downstair bedroom has private access to the hot tub.
The wash room has loads of storage and the washer and dryer are capable of huge loads. Going through the wash room is a door leading to the sunroom. The great thing about this room is the windows that go from floor to ceiling so you can be entertained by the wilderness around you while you relax and read a book. The house also has an indoor sauna, wine cooler, wireless internet, hardwood floors, air conditioning, double heated garage, 8 bikes and much, much more. This is a very popular house and we have guests who come back year after year and we hope to add you to our regular guest list.

Owner's Map of Fort Rock Park
Together our two families purchased this wonderful home Spring, 2011. We live year round in the Portland area with our young children, but love coming to Sunriver to enjoy the best of Central Oregon.
One of our favorite things about this home is how it feels both cozy and spacious. We have just replaced the gas grill and the TV/DVD/stereo system in the main living room. Just bring your I-pod for your listening pleasure.
Another favorite feature is the proximity to the bike paths and Fort Rock Park. Our kids, ages 4-8 have a ball riding their bikes all over and also love tennis lessons at Fort Rock with Coach Matt. They also have a blast in the house playing air hockey and games in the kids wing.
Both of our families are active and in summer we try to be outside as much as possible. When evening comes we love to hang out in the kitchen and make a great meal, then back out to dine on the patio. In winter we love to ski at Bachelor, cross-country, and go sledding. Sometimes though it is nice to take a break and relax indoors by the fireplace while reading a book or watching a movie.
We are looking forward to making many memories in our new Sunriver home and we hope you will love our new home as much we do.

Everything was wonderful. Loved the interior decor and the beds were very comfortable. Great floor plan with space for all. Also, loved the birch trees outside the windows. Kitchen was well stocked with nice dinnerware but could use better cooking pots. Overall experience was excellent.

Stayed November 18 seemed to be Sunrivers first good snow of the year. Beautiful trip up and great stay. Have stayed in the Sunriver resort area many times and not only was this a great kitchen but it had everything you would need for cooking as well as paper supplies. The upstairs was very warm and roomy, and that long hallway to the bonus room how great for getting away for those who need some space. Looking forward to being able to rent this home again, maybe this summer. Thank you for sharing with us this beautiful space. West Linn.

We had 5 families in this home, and it worked out great. The layout is spread out so that not all the bedrooms are near the living area or eachother. This was great for the few of us with babies! The home was well stocked with spices/ baking items (great so you dont have to go buy or bring all the little things) and every appliance you could dream of! It was close to everything in sunriver, and Fort Rock Park was 5 minutes walking distance. Our stay was great, and the owners were extremely friendly and accommodating! we will definitely be returning!

We recently used 2 Lark as our home base for a family reunion (combined with another large house on Lark), and it was practically perfect in every way! The spacious kitchen and its layout made it easy to prepare and serve dinners for 27 people every night, and there was plenty of space for folks to hang out and play games, and having the second space down the hall where the kids could congregate and play air hockey was awesome. Probably the best-equipped vacation rental kitchen I have ever seen. Loved the hot tub, loved the grill, loved the driveway with enough room for the cars, loved the bikes (and the Diggler scooter!) in the garage, loved the location near Ft. Rock Park. The only thing we really missed was screens on the windows--it wasn't hot enough outside to get the AC to kick in, and we could have used more air circulation. We'll be back!

My family recently rented this beautiful home for 7 days. We absolutely loved everything about this home. More than enough room for 14 people and it was centrally located so we could walk almost anywhere. The long driveway was ample for our 5 cars with extra space for anyone who wanted to visit. The best customer service I have ever had. I would highly recommend this property!!
