Our unit is 1807 west, only a few steps from the elevator to your front door. There are three eight foot sliding glass doors allowing access to the ocean front, a patio from both master suites, and living room overlooking the beach and gulf with great sunsets. We have two very comfortable chairs in the living room with their own reading lights, a beautiful sleeper sofa and love seat, room for eight at the dining table and four at the bar, and service for twelve. Just a beautiful home away from home, all this and Panama City beach's Lazy River, and water park with super splash bucket. Come on down and enjoy the good life with great rates. There are two master suites each has a king bed and bath, there is a third bed room containing two stacked bunk beds with a closet and no bath, it does not have a door, for safety reasons and no television. it shares the bath off the dinning area, We consider this unit to have three bedrooms as the bunk is actually a room within it's self
Rules you should know
•NOTICE TO GUESTS: This property is privately owned. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury, loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind. Guests agree to be responsible for any and all losses and/or damages to this rental property.
•KEYS & WRISTBANDS The keys and/or wristbands that you may be issued must be returned as you will be instructed to do. There is a $125.00 lost key charge for any unreturned key and $25.00 for each non-returned wristband .
•CANCELLATIONS: All reservations cancelled are subject to loss of deposit. Entire rent due will be forfeited if unit is not re-rented for lease term.
•RENTAL DEPOSIT: A 50% deposit is required on all reservations, a reservation made within 30 days of arrival date will require payment in full. All payments must be made by credit card and is due at time of making reservations.
•SECURITY DEPOSIT: Your credit card will be billed for any damages, missing items, long distance calls and any other unauthorized charges to the unit.
•TELEPHONE: All rentals have telephones. The number will be furnished at reservation time. Please bring your telephone credit card. If it is necessary to bill the renter for long distance calls, the renter will be charged the cost of calls plus a $25.00 service charge. All telephone numbers are registered with 911.
•ITEMS LEFT IN PROPERTY:Tara Properties, will not be responsible for personal items left in rental property. A $25.00 service charge and mailing costs are required if you request Tara Properties to mail items left behind. Credit card payment is required in advance.
•PRICES: The prices set on rentals reflect many things including: location, amenities, size, number of guests as well as general condition of the resort unit and furnishings.

This condo was wonderful. The view is spectacular, not to mention how large the balcony is. Very spacious with extremely comfortable beds. The condo is conveniently located in the building over the hot tub, water park, and game room which was a plus for the kids! J.R. was very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this condo unit and SPLASH to anyone.

Just a note to say we had a blast on our vacation thanks so much for letting us staying your beautiful condo. We will be back again to stay with you. The Splash park is just awesome the kids are ready to go again. The pictures depicted the place well and was very clean and fresh. I will tell my family and friends to see your place before thry go any where else thanks again.

We had a great time in this condo. It was very nice - great beds and Splash is a great place to stay. The communication experience I had with the owner was superb. If I called him, he either answered his phone, or returned my call within minutes; I even communicated with him via e-mail, with quick responses - no delay. Beautiful view and just a gorgeous condo. Thanks so much for the wonderful vacation!

We had a great time!!! The Splash Resort is great especialy with young kids... I have 3 kids and a teenager and they all are ready to go again...We just booked our trip for next year and a weeek this summer. I hope that the few that get to go to Splash have as good of time as we did!!! The condo is an end unit that makes the stay even better with views in almost every direction, a balcony that must be 60 feet long or more...we had breakfast, lunch and dinner on the Balcony at the table for 6 I must say the Condo,resort and the beach are just a great place on beautiful white sand on the clear waters of the gulf makes for a GREAT GREAT trip...thanks for the use of your wonderful condo!!! Cant wait to return....WE ARE ALL COUNTING THE DAYS !!!

We had a great time the unit was more than we expected its an end unit with a balcony that well its just awesome. Renting could not have been easier !!! They were easy to work with the unit was spic and span and smelled fresh. The beds are very comfortable and the views are breath taking. The tenant before us had taken the wrist bands to the water park so we called and we received new ones within the hour. That was our only issue and it turned out to be a non issue at all. There are no keys to the room there is a great lock that works so cool there are no keys to loose and no waiting for a person with a key to get in. The kids just loved the water park and we booked this unit again for our summer vacation and just cant wait to get back. I would and have reccomended this unit to rent... Thanks for a wonderful trip to the beach for our family...

Just a fantastic place in Panama City Beach. Kids just loved the place with the Splash Water park there sure makes the little ones happy and tired ;)... I would stay here again it was fun for all...The shopping is just the bomb I must say they have what you need and alot you just have to have...LOL Thanks for the use of your place ...

This was a complete fiasco to deal with the person on this condo. Will never rent something from this company again. Didnt reply to emails, made commitments and then the day i left town to head there found out that what i was told had completely changed so had to make other arrangements upon arrival. Says 3 bedroom but actually 2 plus bunk beds and says sleeps 6-8 not so. The couch sleeper sofa was broke and could not sleep on it so had to go buy an air mattress. Plenty of units available rent from someone else.
Owner response:This is a 2 bedroom plus bunk nook there are no options for that on VRBO. I pride myself on response time so you be the judge of that. As for check in time its 4 PM and check out time is 10 AM as stated on web site. The sleeping arrangements are 2 king beds a set of bunks and a sleeper sofa. This person so states the sofa bed was bent and told me that they had no problem with sleeping on the bed until now. She was able to check in 4 hours early and 2 hours late...she removed wrist bands that the next renter needed to use the water park and has yet to return them. Some people are just never satisfied no matter how hard you try to please them...
