Emerald Beach Resort is the most luxurious beach experience available along the sunny shores of Panama City Beach. Enjoy your own private get away...with pure white sand, emerald green water and a first class facility which will exceed all your expectations!
Entertain your family in a gourmet equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and everything you need to feel right at home. There are many fantastic restaurants near by and Pier Park is within walking distance. At Pier Park, Enjoy shopping, catching a movie or have a lovely lunch or dinner at the many restaurants available. Your own personal Starbucks is on site at Emerald Beach and you will be able to sip your latte on your private balcony over looking the magnificent Gulf of Mexico. It really is a spectacular view, must see to believe, which sounds cliched but really it is awesome!
Many of the amenities have been completed with the Tiki bar being open at the pool and the skywalk Maritni bar. Also the Floridita pool is open for another choice in water relaxation.
If your needs require an additional 1 bedroom, 2 bath unit, I have access to the condo next door to mine, please inquire, subject to availability.
This unit is handicapped accessible.
In regards to the security deposit, I have decided to not require one. This is a lot of additional money up front for people so I am hoping this will make it an easier process to reserve. HOWEVER....I will be holding your credit card on file and if there is any damage to the room beyond normal and wear and tear, I will bill the credit card on file.
I am not anticipating having any issues, I have had a wonderful experience of my guests, (hopefully you), treating the property respectfully as my home and cleaning up after themselves.
