This is a convenient and great place to stay in the peninsula. Very accessible and near the Bart stations, airport and malls. The house is well maintained and spacious considering our party of 11. We stayed for one week and we were very comfortable. Highly recommended for a family to stay. Has everything you will need as if you were at home.

We needed a place from fri-mon 4 a family wedding engagement party.Some family flew n from all over, & it was the first time my mom my sisters & I were together in 8 years.I had the choice 2 rent 4 hotel rooms with huge beds, free maid, & free breakfast or this house where my family & i could all stay 2gether & cook meals together, that also advertised wonderful rooms & amazing bathrooms. It would have cost a little bit less for the hotels. Although we were all 2gether that was the ONLY benefit of this place.We had a few terrible problems with the place that disappointed me & was completely unnaceptable. This home advertises awesome showers with jets, & jacuzzi tubs in several rooms & accomodations for 12, it also offers a fully stocked useable kitchen. Upon arrival @ 3pm the place wasnt done being cleaned, not a big deal. The owner/rental person walked us through the place & proceeded 2 inform us that the oven did not work & also stated that we may run into a problem with the hot water every so often but we could push a simple button & all is better..well the oven being broken meant we couldnt cook anything required in the oven, therefore had to throw any of that food out, so we had to eat out 3 out of 5 meals we planned to eat at the house together. Then when we were cooking any meals i should point out that this fully stocked kitchen was a huge overstatement. The pans, pots and dishes were in horrible shape, & it was far from fully stocked..Most of the pans were just disgusting & unuseable, and extremely poor selection. The only bed that was comfortable in this home was the master bedroom which also has a pullout couch of all places (no romance aloud) which wasnt even acceptable for my dog. Last but far from least & Frankly most important of all,, the only way you could use the shower was one person @ a time (in a 5 bedroom 4 bathroom 4 shower 2 jacuzzi tub 12 occupancy home) if you were lucky, & no jets going while your in the shower, & even using only one shower the electric hot water heater shut off every 5 minutes & somebody had to stand by the laundry room & reset the breaker every 5 minutes. Imagine how ridiculous this was. then we couldnt get the self locking laundry room door open on the 2nd morning so no showers that day. After several calls to the landlord & no answer (they were in Tahoe) we took off the door handle to atleast have hot water for a few minutes for clean dishes. Well atleast we were all together even if we had cold or no showers

I was graduating this past weekend and I needed to rent a house to fit my family that was coming up from out of town. Maria was great to work with from the beginning. The house was spacious, has plenty of room, and has lots of perks. My family loved the surround sound that played all over the house, the bbq grill in the back cooked up some of the best meat, the kitchen is fully stocked and the house has everything. My daughter really enjoyed the master bathroom and roaming around a spacious house and back yard. SFO is really close and it made it very easy to pick up and drop off family and friends. there's a jack in the box that 24 hours right around the corner, and close to Patio Pilipino, where we ordered food for the weekend. it was delicious. i really recommend this place if your having a family gathering or reunion. It gave us some of the best memories. Thank you, so much for having us. This won't be the last :)

This was a fantastic house to spend the weekend in! I went up to San Francisco with a group of 7 other girls for my friend's bachelorette party weekend and we had a blast! The house was a great touch. It fit us all perfectly and we felt like it was the cherry on top of our perfect weekend. We especially loved the music that was synced throughout the house (a wonderful wake-up call when trying to get 8 girls out of bed for wine tasting on a Saturday morning). Thank you so much, Maria, for making this such an effortless experience for us. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone heading up to San Francisco. The only drawback is without a car, it's about 2 miles from the nearest BART station so taking taxis is a must.

High School Reunion Venue

This is the second year in a row that my high school classmates and I rented this property and it won't be the last. The property is clean and fairly well-maintained, with the listing photos accurately reflecting the property's appearance and amenities. What makes this rental unique is the interior decor (check out the master's bathroom, heated toilet seats with state-of-the-art bidets!) and lay-out. We had men and women in our group. The men stayed downstairs, which gave the ladies ample privacy. The property was close to numerous restaurants (I recommend Intramuros), some within walking distance, a Catholic church, and shopping centers. It is also a short ride to San Francisco and its major attractions. Maria Diao, the proprietor, was very helpful and attended to our needs in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend the place to friends and relatives visiting the San Francisco area.

Thanks to Maria/Eduardo - the owners of this beautiful home in San Bruno. The house is spotlessly clean, very spacious, kitchen and bathrooms are all upgraded, remodeled and stocked. We had a great time the last 4 days at this gorgeous home. The house is very convenient to very good restaurants, church, bart station & freeway. Highly recommended.

Need a place for 3 families or just a bunch of friends traveling to the Bay area? Stay here. Ammenities are amazing, especially the showers. The owners are great! They will make sure you have a pleasant stay. Everything is closeby - restaurants, malls, freeways. Just a half hour from San Francisco. And don't worry about the noise from the airport. Once you're inside, you won't even notice it. You won't regret staying here. Enjoy!
