Located just fourteen miles south of Breckenridge, this summer vacation retreat offers numerous outdoor activities for those looking for adventure. Included in these activities are mountain climbing; whitewater river rafting; horseback riding; trout fishing on the South Platte, Blue, and Arkansas Rivers; bike riding; hot-air ballooning; and shopping the unique boutiques of Breckenridge or the outlets of Silverthorne. Public golf courses and great restaurants in areas of interest such as Breckenridge, Keystone, Frisco, Silverthorne, and Lake Dillon are just a short drive over Hoosier Pass, one of the most breathtaking passes in Colorado. Vail is also an easy drive. Closer yet you will find the South Park City Historic Museum in Fairplay and the Windy Ridge trail to view the bristle cone pines. Or you can simply stretch out in the hammock on the spacious deck and enjoy a good book. Whatever your inclination, our home will provide you with all the modern-day conveniences that you will need for that perfect vacation.
The main level features the great room with floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace; entertainment area with satellite TV, VCR/DVD, and stereo with CD player; modern fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave; comfortable dining area; master bedroom with king-size log bed; and bathroom. You will enjoy the large deck with hammock, gas grill, and patio table and chairs which is just off the great room.
