You will have a wonderful time with the entire family at this small 33 unit complex where all the condominiums have access to beautiful views of the Gulf. Each unit has 2 reserved, covered parking spaces; additional parking is also available next to the pool.
This entire unit has recently undergone a complete makeover, with a great contemporary sleek design. (The kitchen was updated with new appliances and counter-tops.) The kitchen is completely furnished with everything you need to make your favorite vacation meals. You may step out onto the balcony from either the living room or master bedroom and enjoy wonderful views of the gulf's gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. The unit is well equipped with three televisions, including DVD players, as well as games and movies to enjoy after your moonlight walk on the beach.
The small family-friendly complex is ideal for the little ones. It has a swimming pool that can be easily viewed from the kitchen window, a grassy play area, covered gazebo with two charcoal barbecue grills, and, of course, miles of the most beautiful white sandy beaches in the world.
Our Condominium is close to restaurants, grocery stores, souvenir stores, water-parks, go-cart rides, putt-putt golf, boutiques, outlet mall, and historical sites like the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Fort Morgan, and the Battleship Alabama. A lot is within walking distance of the condo.

Loved staying at Seascape 105 for our first family trip to the beach. Clean and updated, great location. Nice boardwalk. Wish the view was less obstructed by the recently built beach homes.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

My friends and I stayed here for hangout music fest this year and it was beyond perfect! The place is very well kept and updated. It's bright and cheery like vacations should be and the furnishings and decorations are beautiful.The pictures don't do it justice! We loved the open kitchen and large patio with plenty of seating. Location wise it's awesome because you're are very close to the beach and also close to where the shuttle for the festival picks you up.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We really enjoy our stay at your condo. The condo was very nice and had everything that we needed to make our vacation a great one! The rooms were nice and clean and the kids enjoyed the bunk beds. The location of the condo was great too. We were right on the beach and a very short distance to restaurants, family activities etc.. I would recommend this condo to anyone who is wanting to vacation in Orange Beach. The only thing I wish we could have changed, was to be able to stay longer. Thank you for letting us stay at your condo!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Good Afternoon! We just came back from Orange Beach. All I can say is "Thank You". We truly enjoyed ourselves,everything was wonderful! I was so nice to relax on the beach,balcony & room. The unit was everything we had hoped for and more!! Kitchen was supplied with everything we needed to prepare our meals. The living area was large enough for my family of 7, with room to spare. The deck had a great view of the ocean. The beach was yards away from the unit, and access was made easy with the boardwalk. The swimming pool was always clean and litter free. Food, shopping, and fun was close.. All around a wonderful vacation!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We stayed here for two weeks the first of May. The condo was really clean and fully stocked with all the essentials. There are dozens of movies in all categories for you to watch. Free internet is always a bonus. The view is marred by the new buildings between the condo and the ocean, but you can still see the ocean and the view is better than a lot of places that I have stayed at. The beach is literally steps away. Shopping is really close by. The owner was really nice and contacted us to check to see if everything was ok. I would definitely recommend this place.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

"We had a wonderful time and your descriptions of the condo were very accurate. The proximity of the pool right out the front door, to the beach off the back patio was awesome, and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Why the Owner Chose Seascape:
There are three families who own this condo together....my sister and brother-in-law along with my brother and sister-in-law. We chose to buy a vacation rental in Orange Beach and Seascape because the location was so great, and the complex was small and family friendly. Close to shopping, restaurants, and of course, on the beach!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
When we go to the beach house we love to relax and visit the local tourist sites. We of course love the beach, but we also like to go to the nature trail, the NEW Wharf, and the local unique gift and novelty shops along the beach. There is so much to do in Orange Beach we are always finding new places to check out!
