My friends and I stayed here for hangout music fest this year and it was beyond perfect! The place is very well kept and updated. It's bright and cheery like vacations should be and the furnishings and decorations are beautiful.The pictures don't do it justice! We loved the open kitchen and large patio with plenty of seating. Location wise it's awesome because you're are very close to the beach and also close to where the shuttle for the festival picks you up.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Good Afternoon! We just came back from Orange Beach. All I can say is "Thank You". We truly enjoyed ourselves,everything was wonderful! I was so nice to relax on the beach,balcony & room. We truly enjoyed ourselves, we didn't want to come home. I was so nice to have plenty of extras in our condo that you normally don't have with other condos at Seascape. Thanks Again! We hope to be back soon!

I had a wonderful time. Your condo was so comfortable and the view from the sofa was just awesome. I will definitely call you again when I am ready to go back. I would go back tomorrow if it was up to me. I really had a relaxing time and had a chance to unwind. Great stress reliever. Thanks for everything.

We really enjoy our stay at your condo. The condo was very nice and had everything that we needed to make our vacation a great one! The rooms were nice and clean and the kids enjoyed the bunk beds. The location of the condo was great too. We were right on the beach and a very short distance to restaurants, family activities etc.. I would recommend this condo to anyone who is wanting to vacation in Orange Beach. The only thing I wish we could have changed, was to be able to stay longer. Thank you for letting us stay at your condo!

The unit was everything we had hoped for and more!! Kitchen was supplied with everything we needed to prepare our meals. The living area was large enough for my family of 7, with room to spare. The deck had a great view of the ocean. The beach was yards away from the unit, and access was made easy with the boardwalk. The swimming pool was always clean and litter free. Food, shopping, and fun was close.. All around a wonderful vacation!

"We had a wonderful time and your descriptions of the condo were very accurate. The proximity of the pool right out the front door, to the beach off the back patio was awesome, and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Also we should mention everything we could of needed in the kitchen was available, making the preparation of our meals more enjoyable. Thanks again for a great time!"

We stayed here for two weeks the first of May. The condo was really clean and fully stocked with all the essentials. There are dozens of movies in all categories for you to watch. Free internet is always a bonus. The view is marred by the new buildings between the condo and the ocean, but you can still see the ocean and the view is better than a lot of places that I have stayed at. The beach is literally steps away. Shopping is really close by. The owner was really nice and contacted us to check to see if everything was ok. I would definitely recommend this place.

We just got back from our week stay at your place. It was fabulous!! My family had the best time. The condo was immaculate and just as described. It had everything we needed and more. The owners are so nice and helpful. I was surprised to find items that came in hand available for our use (chairs, boogie boards, floats, games, movies). Nancy called to check on us the first day and when I mentioned to her that one of the beach chairs was broken she came by the next day with 2 new chairs! WOW! That was so nice and unexpected. The complex was just the right size for a quiet family vacation. Not overcrowded and no loud partying. I really enjoyed sipping my coffee on the balcony and enjoying the beautiful view early in the morning. We would love to come again! Thank you so much!

Myself and three other friends had a ladies weekend away at your wonderful condo. The views were awesome!! The facilities were exceptional and so comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The Seascape is a place my friends and family will visit again. We found it to be convenient to resturants, shopping and family activities.

Our family very much enjoyed our stay at this wonderful condo from 7/26/08 to 8/2/08. Close to the beach and pool, with covered parking and family friendly. Located close to restaurants grocery stores and souvenir shopping. Very nicely decorated and clean. All the comforts of home and more. Since Seascape has only 33 units, there are no crowds at the beach or the pool. We look forward to next year and will come back again.

We stayed at this lovely condo on July 12-19, 2008. It was extremely clean and well decorated. The condo was convenient to lots of fun places such as Adventure Island, Restaurants, Stores, Charter Fishing, and of course the beach. We had a wonderful time and our children loved it!
