Our cabin-style townhome is located in the prestigious Escape townhomes, immediately adjacent to Snow SummitSki Resort and their summer sky chair.
THIS IS THE MOST LUXURIOUS UNIT IN THE ENTIRE COMPLEX.
The balcony has a new, all-stainless steel barbeque, located on an upper deck that overlooks a wooded area. The townhome was completely remodeled in 2004. The granite kitchen has all new cookware, stoneware, sliverware, and utensils. Complimentary coffee!
Our townhome has the highy sought "inverted" floorplan, meaning that the bedrooms are downstairs where its cooler in the summer, and the living areas are upstairs with high vaulted "A-frame" ceilings.
All the activities you're looking for are adjacent or nearby. the lake is less than 1 mile. Snow Summit ski resort and summer sky chair are right next door...you can walk it in ski boots!
We welcome any renters who will take excellent care of our home. Families with well behaved children are welcome (some kids toys are available). If you have your own vacation home in a desireable location, we are receptive to trades.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Ski Season .... $175/nt. weekdays and $240/nt. weekends.
Non-ski season ....... $125/night.
Minium winter stay is 2 nights.
Certain holiday periods have additional premiums and stay requirements.
$65 Cleaning Fee is required in addition to Rental Fee.
$300 refundable security deposit, returned if there is no damage.
City of Big Bear Lake has an 8% Transient Occupancy Tax on all rentals.

This condo can't be beat. It's near the ski slopes, is good size, and is nicely updated. The owners have thought of everything. I would definitely recommend it.

This property is perfect for a snowboarding getaway! It snowed the whole weekend which made the ski conditions unbelievable! Plus, we were a five minute walk to the slopes! The house was cozy and the upgraded kitchen was perfect!
