This rental is a two room, pleasant apartment in a quiet and elegant neighbourhood, in the heart of the Hague. The apartment has a southern exposure. It has a large balcony across the two rooms of cerca 9.4 meters There is a lovely area to sit and dine outside.
The apartment has an unobstructed view. A little shopping plaza is right by the building, it contains shops, banks and restaurants. There is also a building with a swimming pool, a sauna and a gym at a 2 minute walk from the building.
The floor area of the apartment is 50 square meters, approximately 550 square feet. There are two large rooms. The rooms are adjacent to the balcony and have windows along the balcony. The bathroom has a large bathtub, as well as a shower. The apartment is well equipped, comfortable and cheerfully decorated.

- The apartment is within a short walking distance from a nature reserve consisting of a dune landscape. This is the natural sea barrier which lies along the coast of the Netherlands. There is also an estate park "Clingendaal" which is spectacular to walk in and it is at a 4 minute walk from the building.
