Beautiful home on the canal with deep water access. A boat ramp on the property to load and unload your boat or Jet Ski. Great area for boating and skiing that leads to the ICWW. Great area for swimming right off the dock. The dock is large with part of it covered. Wonderful family atmosphere with many restaurants, putt-putt courses, game rooms, golf, tennis, biking and access to any type of boating or fishing activities. Also has a fun night life for later.
This house boasts 3 bedrooms on 1st floor with 2 baths, beautiful kitchen with all major appliances, dining room and living room with sunny bright colors. The 2nd floor has a master suite with an amazing master bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. It has double sinks at a raised height. The second floor also contains another bedroom that opens up to the living room that has two adorable twin car beds. All bedrooms have TV's with DVD players in them. The 3rd floor is accessed by a set of plush pull down stairs. This room contains 2 futon mattresses, TV and DVD player. It is great for kids to pile up on for the night.
There is a large deck outside the living room and dining room with plenty of room for playing and sunning. Beautiful views of the water from the deck and inside the house with 20ft windows. The ocean is visible from the upper floors. Underneath the house is plenty of room for covered parking and great place to play with hammock. This house was built only two years ago to have an open, fun, colorful atmosphere that is ideal for the beach. |
