Luxorius Oceanfront Condo in Florida's Panama City Beach. This brand new resort opening in June, is the flagship property of the Panhandle. We are at the right end of the U-Shaped building on the fourth floor staring directly at the ocean! This unit literally sits on the sand... gasp at the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico! Unlike other buildings on the strip, that have their front door and bedroom sitting over the noisy street our room is deep into the building as close to the sand as you can get so it is not subjected to the street noise. Shores boasts an 18,000 square foot Gulf front Lagoon pool with bridges, fountains and recreational features. The unit has upscale amenities packages that include an auditorium style movie theatre, His and Hers Spas w/sauna and steam room, fitness center with health bar, 2 tiki bars and entertainment at the Lagoon Pool. We also have open to all an electronic game room and large video bank. A Media Room and Party Room is available to rent fo rthe meeting, seminar or large party. A complimentary upscale Coffee/Latte Bar is available in the front lobby every morning.
Inside the unit, we have 9 foot ceilings and gold level furnishings with top of the line audio and visual system. Features include stone countertops, man-made marble tub and shower, 8 foot high glass sliding doors and high speed internet. Two beach chairs and towels will be provided in the unit for your use. You may also purchase beach service if you desire.
