Beach Baby was a labor of love, ready to deliver to you and your family a fantastic summer vacation or winter retreat. The interiors of the carriage house reflect our love affair with the sun. Enter the second floor living space and you'll find yourself within airy cathedral ceilings, solid wood floors the color of sand and furniture covered in sailcloth. Opening the white plantation shutters throughout washes the space with sun beams and natural light. Your living and entertaining space becomes even more expanded with second floor wrap-around decks, surrounded by tall fanning palms and natural greenspace.
The casual galley kitchen with solid granite counter tops is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. The upstairs bedroom is a tropical retreat complete with whitewash furniture, a "fall-in" comfortable wicker sleigh bed and seaside whimsical touches. Around the walls of the 3 X 5 ft. porcelain tile and glass enclosed shower, you'll be entertained by an array of colorful ceramic saltwater fish handmade by local artists.
A spiral staircase with a safety gate allows you to go directly downstairs. There you will find the 1st floor bedroom/living space, laundry room and easy access to the garage, where you and your car are sheltered against the hot sun or possibility of rain. You won't find this convenience in any other carriage house in the area.
We would love to see the look on your face when your eyes first encounter the Caribbean style, 12,000 sq. ft. pool and lagoon. The largest pool in Northwest Florida. Words cannot describe! The entrance is conveniently located on our street, Blue Crab Loop, 5 lots away.
Whether you decide to take the shuttle service leaving every hour, conveniently located right around the corner from Beach Baby, or take the 6-minute walk from our door to the sand, a beautiful beach awaits you.
