The condo features 2 bedroom, 2 baths, with a pull-out queen size sofa bed. The unit has new ceramic flooring, counter tops, sink, faucets, bath cabinets and fixtures and ceiling fans. There is beautiful, new paint all over. Young mothers can sunbathe on the open deck while baby naps just inches away on the covered deck.

Check out my Ocean Front condo CAPTAIN'S HOUSE at BEAUTIFUL Fernandina Beach/ Amelia Island, Fl. Built on the last dune and about 30 steps from the sliding glass door to the sand,you can't get much closer without sleeping on the beach . I chose this condo because it has, hands down, the easiest entry & parking in front with incredible ocean views. I live just a quarter mile away and can be at the condo sight within 5 minutes, if you experience any problems. I've been a successful landlord for over 20 years & enjoy a high rating among my guests. See comments link. I strive to give you "better than good" service because as my guests, you deserve the best.
