Location: Harpswell (N,S,E&W), Portland & Casco Bay, Maine, USA (1 hour North of Portland, 30 minutes North of Freeport)

Imagine enjoying a hammock between the birch trees overlooking this beautiful, quiet cove... From inside, enjoy water views from every floor! And our western exposure makes for wonderful sunsets from our upper and lower decks.
The little hidden, cocktail deck, tucked under the birch trees near the water's edge is perfect for enjoying the sounds of the ocean as the day ends. Our big yard (half is fenced in) is perfect for kids, dogs or family soccer games! The inside of our cottage is cozy with a stone fireplace and a newly renovated master bedroom and bath. This home can sleep up to six people easily.
The cottage has three floors with the master suite upstairs(queen) with sweeping views of the ocean and two other bedrooms on the ground level(double in one room and twin with trundle in the other) which open to yard. All rooms have an ocean view. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower/tub/washer/dryer and the other with a shower.
Sliding glass doors from the living room open to a deck that overlooks the yard and ocean. We often start our morning with coffee on the deck and end our days with dinner and sunsets on the deck.
The kitchen has a gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster oven. There is a full set of pots and pans(including lobster pot!) The little two seater breakfast counter makes the kitchen become part of the rest of the living space. Pets are allowed, No smoking.
There are local lobster docks where you can buy your crab or lobster fresh daily- and there are a variety of restaurants within a ten mile radius. Restaurants vary from fancy sit down, to casual outdoor dining. The town of Brunswick is 15 minutes away and has a large shopping area. Freeport- with it's many outlet stores and LL Bean - is only 30 minutes away. Kayaks can be rented locally and there are many islands to explore or harbor seals to follow if you have water transportation.
The cove is tidal with great swimming at high tide and tide pool exploring at low tide. We recommend bringing water shoes so you can explore among the rocks and shells. We have amazing sand dollars off the point and have found steamers in the sand.
