The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and a 42 inch LCD TV, DVD player. The living room also has extra tall and wide windows and sliding door that provide an exceptional beachfront view and access to the oversized balcony.
All linens and towels are provided.
The guest bathroom has direct access from the guest bedroom plus access from the hall which allows anyone using the queen sleeper sofa to access this bathroom without going through the guest bedroom.
If you need time away, to laugh, read, exercise, sunbathe, collect shells, take romantic walks on the beach, outlet shop, putt putt, golf, slide down crazy water slides, etc...we have a wonderful, playfully decorated Condominium where you can feel at home from the moment you walk in the door. Why the Owner Chose Ocean Villa
We actually owned several condos along PCB but this is the only one we chose to keep. The beach is never crowded, even during Spring Break and summer, because this is not an enormous complex. The condo is very spacious and the balconies at Ocean Villa are the largest along the PCB coast. The resort is convenient to restaurants and activities but not right in the middle of a high tourist area.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Balcony, balcony, balcony. :) We love starting and ending each day w/ a gorgeous view of the sand and surf. Located on the 8th floor, we are high enough above the pool deck to avoid the noise and yet not too high above the beach so the view is perfect!
a 5-7 minute walk on the beach gets you to this popular restaurant. Be sure to enjoy lunch on their pier while you visit.
Just a short drive to great resaurants and shopping. Much faster to reach via 30A.

This was a great trip. We really enjoyed staying at your condo and want to visit again soon as possible. The condo was extremely nice and very clean. The beds were so comfortable and I couldn't have gotten a better nights sleep at home. I enjoyed the large balcony and view was perfect. Great location with many good restaurants close by. Also, the provided beach umbrella and chairs was such a plus. Thanks again.Judy

We could not have asked for a better vacation! The weather was perfect everyday and the condo was excellent! Perfect location, clean, and comfortable! The owners were excellent to work with! Perfect girls week out without the husbands!

Our family had a great time. Everything in your condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We enjoyed being convenient to resturants and shopping(Wal-Mart) just a couple blocks away. Also, the provided beach chairs and umbrella was wonderful. Diana the owner was FANTASTIC to deal with. We highly recommend this unit. We cannot wait to come back next year.

Thanks for sharing your condo with us this past weekend. We really enjoyed it. Everything was just beautiful, from the kitchen, to the livingroom, to the beautiful bedrooms ,and baths, and,words cannot describe the balony, the view was just perfect. To be able to watch the sunsets was a treat in itself. Your beds are more comfortable than our at home. It all made for a very good stay. We hope to be able to go back again sometime. Thanks again. Loved the condo. Nicely decorated and comfortable. The 8th floor is the perfect level, not to high but high enough you don't get a lot of noise from the pool. Can't wait to come back and I will recommend you to all our friends and family.

al and maryanne/new hampshire My wife and I spent the month of Feb 08 at the Ocean Villa. It was a great getaway for a relaxing winter vacation. The condo is very spacious and located near shopping and restaurants. It was great to wake up in tne morning step out on the balcony and observe the ocean view asthe sun started rising. At the end of the day, it was relaxing to once again enjoy a cocktail on the balcony and watch the beautiful sunsets. Many days we had the exitement th observe dolphins swimming in the Gulf. On our last day, six dolphins were playing and even jumping out of the water. The hot tub and heated pool were a joy for meeting other tenants and just chilling out. Across the street is a little diner where you can get a breakfast buffet for $5.99 during the week. The Ocean Villa is very quiet and the balconet offers privacy. For a great day of shopping, take a trip to Destin and hit the outlet mall. There must be around 100 stores. We had such a great experience that as soon as we arrived home, we rented the unit again for Feb 09. The condo was clean with a great kitchen and large living space. The owners are just super to deal with. We highly recommend this unit. Being that we rented in the winter, there appears to be an older crowd and very few kids.

Our family had a very relaxing time. The condo was nicely decorated, all the furniture from the sofa to the bed, was incredibly comfortable. I liked the fact that the pool and beach were so close to the building, it made toting beach gear with kids simple. We were 5 minutes from all the restaurants, mini-golf, Ripley's museum and grocery store which was also a huge plus. We thoroghly enjoyed the Captain Anderson's Shell Island/Dolphin cruise. It was reasonable as well! My husband liked the balcony the best and I can't disagree - it was much roomier than most other beach balconies, it was like having a whole other room. We cannot wait to come back!

The Surf Shack was our beach "castle" for two weeksin February. From inside as well as from the balcony are views of the ocean and sun sets. The condo is new, beautifully decorated, convenient to restaurants, close to shopping areas and fun parks. Two of our favorite restaurants are Boar's Head (for dinner) and Montego Bay at Edgewater (for lunch). Great place for a vacation! Extremely comfortable. The Surf Shack gets "top billing" from us.
