Your deeded beach "Pathway to Paradise" is just six houses down the street. Enjoy early morning jogs on the beach, shelling, shark tooth hunting, or just total relaxation. Walk to Sharkey's and share the evening sunset, dining, a cocktail or fishing off the pier.

Friendly, safe community. Conveniently located to shops, bridgeclubs and restaurants. It is within walking distance to the historical downtown Venice with theater, shops and dining. There are bike paths for cycling, roller-blading or walking throughout the entire Venice Island. Venice has excellent golf courses, many just a few minutes away. The local Venice airport is less than a mile from the home.

Your home is in Golden Beach and has its own deeded beech, complete with picnic tables, grill and benches. The home is fully furnished and even updated with a brand new kitchen and bath. There are many windows with much natural sunlight. The whole back of home opens up to the Lanai. The private back yard offers year round outdoor living.

Venice is 20 minutes from Sarasota Airport, one hour from Tampa Airport and 45 minutes from Fort Myers Airport. Orlando/Disney is 90 miles from Venice.
