SUNRISE EAST is very special & intimate condo's with only 18 units located in the middle of Ocean City at 75th street and the beach. Condo #201 is on the second floor, north side, end unit 30ft above the sand, with one bedroom, one bath, quite spacious at 905 square feet, wood burning fireplace plus two large bookcases with over 200 titles. WE are one of six end units that have wonderful ocean views and side views, with a 9ft front glass door and a large 6.5 by 6.5 ft side window. Unit #201 is one of the few condo's that have been completely remodeled in 2000, with everything being replaced, except the front door and fireplace. Including building three walls built between units for secure sound proofing.
There are 22 parking spaces directly under the building plus a beach locker and outdoor showers. The wood burning fireplace for the summer will have candles for that nice romantic evening. Hope you have an enjoyable and unforgetable stay...
