Pool is private and brand new for you to enjoy it is Kidney shaped and is 16ft x 23 ft and starts at 3ft and goes to 6ft for you to enjoy right out side your Lania! Huge community pool is heated the house pool is NOT HEATED!
Enjoy the updated gourmet kitchen with stainless and granite, completely stocked and ready for those family dinners after your return from the beach. Then it has two complete living areas (room for everyone)both with entertainment centers. Bring two families: with the split bedroom plan, you can have one queen bedroom and one bedroom with bunks on one side of the house with bath in between, and then a king bedroom and one bedroom with bunks on the other side (this bedroom was a study and has an arch to the foyer area). This house was built for more than one family to visit! The house has an oversized garage and extra parking.

Private pool with views of it from all living area. You can enjoy the lanai while having a glass of wine, while the children swim. You get the use of the electric golf cart to ride to the club house . We have an on-site IMAX theater (Bring your own movies). The children will just love the oversized playground.
