June - Mid July is $1,000-$1,200/week. $800 minimum for partial weeks
Mid July - Labor Day is $1,500-$1,950/week. $1,000 minimum for partial weeks
Labor Day - Mid October is $1,000-$1,200/week. $800 minimum for partial weeks
October - April is $800-$1,000/week. $700 minimum for partial weeks

Hello, we are a family of four who love Cape Cod and want to share that experience with others.
Why the Owner Chose Brewster
We decided to buy a house in Brewster because my husband grew up and here and we still have friends and family. Brewster is a wonderful town to visit. It is very family oriented, with quiet beaches, a great bike trail, as well as wooded trails for running, biking, walking.
Brewster is located in the middle of the cape - perfect for daytrips to Provincetown, Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket, or even Boston.

The Unique Benefits of this House
Our house is located on a peaceful culdasak with lots of families. There's plenty of room to run and play in our backyard.

We rented this house for 11 guys and it was more than accommodating for our group. There were plenty of beds for all of us to sleep comfortably and the house was very clean and big enough to hold all of us. We were lucky to enjoy such nice weather while we were there and we took advantage of it by playing a few rounds at Captains golf course. The course was only a 5 minute drive from the house which was perfect. We also were able to fit all 11 around the TV in the living room to enjoy the Patriots game on Sunday which was great. I would recommend this to any group for any time of year.

This property has a great location that is convenient to both bay and ocean side beaches. With wooded lot, it is private and accommodates family outdoor activities. The listing description was accurate regarding its advertised amentities. Great outdoor shower; Nice to have washer and dryer. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. The home is nearby to mini-golf, several restaurants, and groceries. It was GREAT to be able to bring our dogs on vacation with us. A wonderful family vacation home that I would recommend to my family and friends. The owner was very helpful in answering our questions.

My family of four plus our dog had the pleasure of staying at the cottage during the end of July/beginning of August 2011 and found that the property was better than described. The rooms were all comfortably sized and we had plenty of space. The backyard is phenomenal--extremely quiet and private--and was a great place to relax after enjoying a day out or having breakfast before heading out. The location of the cottage was great too, with easy access to Route 137 and Main Street in Brewster. The National Seashore beaches were also an easy drive and they allow dogs, so it was great to be able to take our dog with us. The owners of the cottage are very quick to respond to emails and were very organized. I would definitely recommend this property and look forward to renting again for a future trip to the Cape.

There were two of us renting this cottage recently for a week (in late July). We were very pleased with the experience: it is a lovely and clean cottage, very nice and spacious yard, very pretty neighborhood, easily accessible by car and conveniently located in Brewster. The cottage is comfortable, neat and welcoming. The owners were very responsive to emails and/or phone messages - the entire endeavor went smoothly and well. It is an easy drive to both the Audubon Sanctuary and the National Seashore. We would definitely stay again in future summers - should it be available!
