We rented 3 of the Units for a weekend visit. The Mayfair is a beautiful building with lovely public areas and grounds. Very regal in presentation. Each of the units are well appointed. Impeccable in cleanliness and the attention to detail is "5" star. This unit has beautiful views of the park. We loved the decor. I will also comment on the quietness of the units certainly a preference to loud hotels. The owner and manager were very accommodating. We left behind personal items which they are retuinging to us. We loved the neighborhood and would certainly return to Our Home in Atlanta or Paris for another visit.

Recommended for:Age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Quality Midtown Retreat

I stayed at this lovely mid-town retreat for five days - my trip was part business, part pleasure. The space is beautifully and thoughtfully appointed, exceptionally quiet, and conveniently located. The owners have truly thought of everything and were very helpful and solicitous of our needs. The building is well maintained, the views of Stone Mountain and Piedmont Park are stunning, and the fitness room is gym quality. There is also a lovely outdoor entertaining space. I felt very safe and secure and enjoyed the proximity to my business meetings, the High Museum of Art, good restaurants, and the park. Overall a very pleasant experience. I will definitely rebook on my next trip to Atlanta.

Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My sisters and I decided to spend our annual sister get away weekend in our hometown, ATL. This condo is beautifully decorated, well maintained, clean and perfectly located in midtown ATL. The owner was a pleasure to work with, as was everyone else at the Mayfair Tower. It was a wonderful experience and would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to family and friends.

This beautifully decorated, fully-equipped condo was a dream come true. It's located in the heart of Midtown Atlanta, which is close to the best restaurants, museums and the stunning Piedmont Park. The condo itself had everything we needed and more - including a stunning view of the park. And the service was personable and efficient. It truly felt like "Our Home in Atlanta". We've already booked our next stay!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Everything was completely wonderful, just perfect. I would definitely recommend to any friends, and if I'm ever back in Atlanta would love to stay there again! The apartment was very clean, beautiful furniture, wonderful views, and full of amenities. Everything I needed was there, from computer plugins, to plush bathrobes, a washer and dryer with laundry detergent, a courtesy bottle of wine, toiletries, and a complete book of places to go and where to find anything. Mayfair Tower is also located in an excellent area, nearby many great restaurants, clubs, the park, and other places to visit. Would give it 6 stars if it was an option!

This immaculately clean, very well located condo was all (and more) than advertised. The owner was always available and helpful. I loved the neighborhood which is much more user friendly than downtown with several restaurants within walking distance. I could not have been more pleased. The park is a major plus.Would definitely stay again and have already recommended it to family.

My husband and I just returned from a weekend getaway in Atlanta. This property was perfect for our retreat away. Location was perfect. The Mayfair 2504 was beautifully decorated and offered all the amenities that we were looking for. The owner was gracious and made it so easy with his list of information he provided. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Atlanta that is comfortable, close to lots of attractions and the bed is awesome!!! Thanks so very much.

Our stay at The Mayfair Park View was wonderful. My husband and I stayed for a few days and the condo was very clean, comfortable and decorated beautifully. Our complimentary wine was truly appreciated. Parking in the private garage was great, since we chose to walk most of the days. Our time here was special.

We stayed at the Mayfair Towers for 19 months while on a temporary work assignment. It was a wonderful experience. So much nicer than being in a hotel. You have the convenience of a condo, but the safety and amenities of a 24 hour concierge service. The staff are all exceptional. The property is beautiful, clean and well maintained. It is in a great location...close to Piedmont Park, Botanical Gardens, High Museum and many wonderful restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely recommend this property for a weekend get away or a long term rental and it will be our place of choice again when visiting Atlanta.

Mayfair 2504 is in a great location in midtown Atlanta - you can easily walk to many restaurants and bars or get to the MARTA station. We had a car and parking and check-in was a breeze even though we arrived late in the evening. Audey, the concierge, made sure that we had all the info we needed before we arrived. The condo is apparently recently renovated. It is beautifully decorated, and feels open and very spacious for a 1 bedroom. It was spotlessly clean. The bed is comfortable and we found the sleeper sofa to be comfy too. In the bath, there is an amazing large walk-in shower, and the kitchen is really well equipped if you wanted to stay in and cook. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay with Our Home in Atlanta was exceptional. We woke to a beautiful sunrise over Piedmont Park in the morning. The apartment is beautifully appointed and within walking distance to Piedmont Park, the Atlanta Botanical Garden, the High Museum of Art and the Atlanta Event Center (Opera) as well as several great restaurants. We're still smiling when we think of your gracious hospitality during our 4 day stay at Suite 2504. We felt as if we were in a Parisian apartment, with all of the wonderful antiques,prints on the walls, herring-bone wood floors, plus the fully-equipped kitchen, lovely linens, marble tiled bathroom and fantastic park view. You have thought of every amenity to make this a most comfortable home-away-from-home. We will definitely recommend you to our friends and extend our highest compliments, on a vrbo that more than exceeded our expectations. The location is also very convenient--close to the High Art Museum, Symphony Hall, and the MARTA train station. The lobby decor is stunning and the concierge staff helpful and friendly. What a wonderful home in the sky!I have just returned from a 3-nt stay at this property, and would like to make several comments: 1.initial approach by car (infamous Atlanta traffic NOT a problem), parking (nicely maintained, secure underground assigned space) and welcome at Reception were all well-organized by property owners - and went off without a hitch; 2.ambience - what a glorious view of Piedmont Park, even in winter! - was delightfully welcoming with thoughtful, comfortable, beautiful furnishings: a mixture of French antiques, gently colored kilims, superior upholstered pieces - and great high tech features (2 flatscreen tv's, wireless internet that worked consistently); 3.kitchen and bath were exceptionally well furnished with superior fixtures/appliances - LOTS of hot water, good water pressure, etc.; 4. extra, thoughtful touches were everywhere: all the ingredients for morning coffee/tea, Gilchrist & Soames bathroom amenities, thick towels - and lots of them, firm mattress/lovely linens, and a superbly organized information notebook with suggestions for everything from restaurants to signing on to the wireless network. This apartment is a very good choice for a woman traveling alone (excellent security), for men/women on business trips (wireless, fax, local & long distance telephone service, good availability of power sources/outlets), and for anyone who enjoys space (equivalent to a very large hotel suite) at a very reasonable rate. The location is convenient for business, shopping, dining, jogging - and ideal for having fun in midtown Atlanta. Highly recommended!

Comment text: I conduct international seminars in Atlanta. Often times these seminars take place around 12 to 15 days. My clients need a place that has the luxury of a hotel but the convenience and atmosphere of a home. This year I tried placing people in one of the units available in Mayfair Hotel through 'Our home in Atlanta' . The guests could make use of the concierge services, the library, all other aminities. The units are in top condition; viewing the labels and the bathrobes, the cleanliness and hygiene, the top quality of furniture and interior, you would think you are at the Ritz. Needless to say, my clients were surprised and impressed, especially because it was a few minutes away from the seminar location in W Hotel and Marta and cabs. This is THE solution for travellers, either business or pleasure. Five stars to you, Jim. Sonia.

Upon arriving the view from the apartment was magnificient along with the cleaniness of the unit. The whole ambience of the Mayfair building was to my liking. I can't say enough good things about our experience this labor-day weekend. My brother and I took our girlfriends to Atlanta for Labor Day weekend and were extremely pleased with apartment at Mayfair Park View. Although not physically present, the owners made us feel like true guests in their home. The apartment is extremely nice, clean and fully-equipped. The location is excellent, just a block from Piedmont Park and a number of bars and restaurants and the building is top of the line. I never plan to stay at another hotel in Atlanta as long as the Mayfair Park View apartment is available!

We very much enjoyed our stay in suite 2504, Mayfair Park, Atlanta. It is a delightful suite in a beautiful complex in a great part of town. The Mayfair Tower is a grand old lady. Our apt. had a wonderful view of the park and all the amenities we have found in fine hotels. Jim and Audy were so easy to work with and displayed true "southern hospitality". The location was perfect with great neighborhood eateries and close to the art center. We walked in the park every day which was delightful. A great place to call home, away from home.

First, Jim Braude is a fantastic, hard-working host. He is incredibly responsive, and wants everything to be right for your stay. Second, the apartment is wonderful. The furnishings are comfortable, the view's great, it's quiet, and walking distance to Midtown shops, restaurants, Atlanta Arts Center and Arts Center MARTA station. I'd stay here again and would recommend it to anyone without reservation.

The "sister" condo to 2506 (same 25th floor),this accomodation was also a real gem. Decorated in French Neoclassical design, it boasts antique touches, a gourmet kitchen and travertine master shower suite. Lovely city views, and every convenience, this is the perfect partner to apt. 2506(across the hall) if you need more than one bedroom.-- So much more confortable than a hotel and close to everything-- we were extremely satisfied and recommend it highly.

PERFECTION! Seriously, this apt is fabulous. Highlights are a luxurious marble bathroom with enormous shower, beautiful view of Piedmont Park from private balcony, tasteful decor throughout. The building's common areas are great- a large library and lovely outdoor sitting area, plus friendly 24 hour concierges. The apt is very quiet. Great flat screen TV/hi-speed internet/phone, tons of mirrors and beautiful lighting throughout. The location is ideal, steps from Piedmont Park. I can't recommend this apt enough, I stayed here for a month while singing with the Atlanta Opera.

For the first time in my long list of rentals from owners, what you see in the ads is exactly what you get. On top of this there's the fantastic host, who'll go out of his way to make your stay great; an ever-smiling staff of knowledgeable concierges; a million-dollar view of Piedmont Park. I guess you'll understand why I wish Mr. Braude had condos for rent all over the world. Two thumbs up!

What a great unit and fabulous location! We enjoyed all the comforts of home with a fantastic view of Piedmont Park where we walked each morning. Our host made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay worry free. This is a definite return booking for us on trips to Atlanta.
