Property also includes a saltwater heated gunite pool with poolhouse - complete with 46" flatscreen TV, clawfoot bathtub and woodburning potbelly stove.
The property is 5-10 minute walk to the East Hampton train station and Hamptons Jitney bus stop. Other features include a working fireplace, chef's kitchen with all necessary appliances and turn key rental.
