Our beachfront condo at Mainsail has just undergone a complete floor to ceiling renovation in November, 2009! On any rental program it would be rated Platinum Plus: granite counter tops, designer maple cabinets, stainless steel appliances, new furnishings and beddings.
This large, 1340 square foot, two bedroom, two bath condo is located at the Mainsail Resort, one of Destin's best! The Mainsail Resort is located directly on the beach and a short walk to the Silver Sands Outlet Mall.
On the sixth level(5th floor), this unit has two private balconies that give you panoramic views from the beach to the Bay. Full-length windows throughout this unit fill the living areas with light. The fully-equipped kitchen and dining room are separated from the living room making this a great floor plan for families. Tasteful decorations include two full-size sofabeds in the living room. This is a non-smoking unit!

We have been successfully listing with VRBO since 1998. In order to reserve your vacation, we require a $100 deposit. The balance is due 2 weeks before your arrival. When we receive your balance we will send you the keys and all the other information you need. It's that simple.

My family recently stayed in this condo and found it to be exactly as described in the listing. It was very nicely updated and very well supplied. The location is great and the owners were very helpful and accommodating. We definitely recommend this as a vacation condo.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This is with no doubt the best condo and resort we've ever stayed in. Modern kitchen, spacious and clean with ocean view on one of the balcony. We found it very safe for our 1 year old daughter (big plus!) and the resort had 2 swimming pools (1 heated indeed) and direct access to the beach with chairs waiting for us...Nice! It is close to lots of amenities (restaurants, supermarkets and outlet). Would definitely go back again whenever possible. Thanks again Trisha for letting us stay at your wonderful place! We have spent many family vacations at this condo and enjoy it more each time we go! The pictures are up to date showing the many wonderful renovations that the owners recently did. I would definitely recommend this condo to friends and family. The convenient beaches, pools and shopping make this condo the perfect vacation spot for everyone!

A little peace of heaven! Just wanted to let you know that I truly enjoyed my stay. Your condo was quite relaxing and very comfortable. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the terrace and the breathtaking view of the beach! It was perfect!
