Wabasso 15 "IS" everything it's sold to be!

We spent seven nights at Wabasso 15 with Five adults, two children and a baby and had more than enough room to enjoy the meals we prepared and nights to relax! Wifi worked exceptionally well and plenty of channels to watch. The beds were comfortable and the kithchen was well stocked for any of the maels we cooked; I would recopmmend stopping by the grociery store and liqour store (their next to each other) about a half an hour away. The provisions store has supplies but is a little expensive. The shuttle system is ridiculously easy to use, just out the door and was always conveniently available. We are from Miami Beach and had never been to WV for skiing and we all could not stop talking about what a great time we had on the mountain and the great accomodations!

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

Great House, Great Location

I recently travelled with a group to Snowshoe and stayed at Wabasso. We had a fabulous time! The acommodations were perfect for our group...nothing over the top, but everything was nice and clean, and the fully stocked kitchen was great! There were plenty beds too, which was great. We were thrilled with the location...it is maybe a 2 minute walk to the slope...max! I have stayed in some places that claim to be an easy walk to the slopes that are more like a hike...not the case with Wabasso. Made it very easy to come in for breaks and lunch during the day. It is also very convenient to the shuttle if you need to go to the village or want to do night skiing at Silver Creek. Lee, the owner, was great to work with too...very quick to respond, and very helpful. We will definitely come back!

Pictures Don't Do It Justice

We were looking for last minute accommodations... Most of the mountain was booked and there was little left to choose from in the way of 3 bedrooms. I was not extremely impressed with the pictures but figured that’s what I got for waiting to book. First of all Lee was extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with. We got all the financials and paperwork taken care of in just a few hours. When we got there I was very pleasantly surprised The place is MUCH more spacious than it appears in the pictures. The location is great, just a short walk (to the end of the block) to get on the slopes. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to book a trip to Snowshoe. My only suggestion would be adding a hot tub on the deck. Thanks again Lee!

Clean condo with plenty of room! Owner is very accomodating on dates. Kitchen is great for cooking with all the amenities. Quick walk to slopes with great parking.

The owner was extremely easy to work with and very responsive to all of my questions. The townhouse is beautifully maintained, very clean, and had all the necessary amenities. Ski slopes are only a short walk from the residence and easily accessible. I would definitely stay there again!

Great condo! Very convenient to the slopes and bus shuttle. Easy walk to the village. Condo was comfortable and very well stocked kitchen. Comfortably fit 2 families. Lee was great to work with

A very nice condo. Well equiped kitchen with everything needed. Plenty of space for 3 couples or 2 couples with children. No need to use sofa bed. Lots of seating around a warm fireplace. Thanks for sharing your condo.

Great Ski Weekend

Great long ski weekend. Everyone enjoyed the freedom to come and go easily to slopes. Snow was great. Skied all day and spent enjoyable family time watching movies and playing games in the evening. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space too - everything you could possibly need was provided. Owner was very helpful and great to work with. One of the best condos we've rented - hope to return next year.

Our stay could not have been any better at this property. We absolutely loved this Townhome and do plan on returning next year. The weather was truly amazing and made this trip for what it was. I would recommend everyone to book a stay here. It might not be right in the village but atleast you have the slope just coupe hundred feet away.

What a wonderful condo and fabulous trip! This condo exceeded our expectations. It was great to be so close to the slopes and have enough room for our family of six to be comfortable while relaxing after a day of skiing! The kitchen was well stocked; and there were games and videos the kids enjoyed. The owners were a pleasure to do business with as well. We hope to stay at Wabasso 15 again soon!

Great Spring Break for the Family!

We had a wonderful time. The condo was very nice, comfortable and up-to-date. The ski in and out was great. Everyone in the family could go and come as they wanted. We enjoyed eating at the restaurants on Snowshoe and going down the mountain to Route 66. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utinsils, so eating breakfast and lunch at the condo was great and allowed us more skiing time. This is a great place for family fun.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Wabasso 15. The accomodations were very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked for a group that loves to cook. Furniture was comfortable and clean. Fireplace and flat screen was nice to come home to after a day on the slopes. We would definitely come back, hopefully in early 2011!

What a great place to stay at Snowshoe! This unit is ideal for a large family or small group. The unit is clean, well maintained and within a short walk to the slope. The upgrades are very well done. We will definitely stay there again.

We had a great time at snowshoe because of the perfect weather, and the House we were staying at could not be any nicer.. Flat screen tv's gas fireplace, huge kitchen, just to name a few. Also thank U Lee for being so flexible with our arrangements. All in all a great place to stay, highly recomended.
